We did not get to see the inside of the mansion but spent a wonderful couple of hours strolling about the extensive grounds and gardens. The formal walled garden must be a delight in mid summer and it is great to see the vegetable garden being revived.

I love this place and come to it all the time. The house is amazing and so interesting. There is lots of lovely walks around the estate with the most amazing gardens, the walled garden is my favourite. There is even a playground near the car park with picnic benches for the kids to play. You can have a lunch... More

A most fabulous place with a little bit of something for everyone. Gorgeous walks through the garden, or for those who want more of a stretch through the forest on the well marked paths. A beautiful stately home and historical stories. Delicious lunches and afternoon teas in the courtyard café. Adventure playground with an amazing rope swing for kids of... More

What a beautiful place to visit. Have walked my dogs here for years. Grounds are so beautiful especially when in full bloom. Plenty of things to see & dogs love the water. Great walks through scenery that takes your breath away. The house itself is very interesting to see inside & out. The fair once a year is always worth... More

We spent a lovely afternoon at Florence Court. The house tour was very informative and the guide (Annette) certainly knew her stuff. There were also other interesting sites to see there. One grumble however, there is a charge to get in, no problem there, but no-one mentioned at that time that there was an additional fee if you wanted to... More

Loved the house and the guide made it interesting. Only so much of the house open and expensive going into grounds and the house

Part of a weekend of National Trusting, we did this and Castle Coole. Knowledgeable guides who could not have been more helpful and lovely tea room.

We had a very enjoyable walk around the grounds. The house was closed as we were there before the tourist opening times.Lots to see and the house looks as if another visit is on the cards!
