We really enjoyed our visit to Florencourt House. Lovely long driveway up to the house passing by nice sheep and lambs in the fields. Car park is perfectly situated beside a nice picnic area with a great playground - the rope swing was great fun!! We booked in for the 3.30 tour of the house. Lovely courtyard with a great... More

Our tour guide was Rebecca and she made the facts interesting, informative and at times fun. The tea room was great and the cakes are fantastic.

Signed up to the national trust based on this visit staff were excellent and encouraged us to have more family days out like the one we had at Florence court.

I love this place . It has a bit of everything for every individual.. Bike trails, horse trails. Beautiful gardens. Beautiful house. Nice coffee shop. If you want to relax there the surroundings are fabulous. If it's activity the bike trails are fantastic.. There's the really manicured gardens, secret garden and then you have the rough wildly grown forest trails.... More

We did not get to see the inside of the mansion but spent a wonderful couple of hours strolling about the extensive grounds and gardens. The formal walled garden must be a delight in mid summer and it is great to see the vegetable garden being revived.

I love this place and come to it all the time. The house is amazing and so interesting. There is lots of lovely walks around the estate with the most amazing gardens, the walled garden is my favourite. There is even a playground near the car park with picnic benches for the kids to play. You can have a lunch... More

A most fabulous place with a little bit of something for everyone. Gorgeous walks through the garden, or for those who want more of a stretch through the forest on the well marked paths. A beautiful stately home and historical stories. Delicious lunches and afternoon teas in the courtyard café. Adventure playground with an amazing rope swing for kids of... More

What a beautiful place to visit. Have walked my dogs here for years. Grounds are so beautiful especially when in full bloom. Plenty of things to see & dogs love the water. Great walks through scenery that takes your breath away. The house itself is very interesting to see inside & out. The fair once a year is always worth... More
