Jethro Tull concert

Great venue, acoustics excellent, this concert was a master piece of digital presentation and live music. It had a strong story line.

There was somewhere to get food and a shop for souvenirs etc. The concert hall was clearly designed for great acoustics and a good view of the... More

Took grandchildren (5 and 3) to see The Snowman - the film being screened with the Royal Northern Sinfonia playing the score. They were entranced by the whole experience which started with a steady walk from the city centre down to the River Tyne and along the Riverside and across the Millennium Bridge (allow at least 30 mins to allow... This is definately a very fine and impressive structure perched on the river bank with great views at night of the illuminated bridges. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the gift shop is imaginative, not too expensive with great service from the staff.
