I have grown up will Saltwell Park only 5ms walk. It is a Fantastic park. One of the biggest in Europe .it has a lake with boats. Loads of Swans and Ducks. It has a resterant toilets . Very beautiful park for families to relax. There's a beautiful victorian house in the middle of it. Lots of green.

Well known to the outlaws, this was the first time for us - and with the grandchildren (and dogs). This was an enchanting place with the lake, dene (they'll or glen), the historic castellated Saltwell Towers, lake, play area, maze, pet corner etc. You can spend a lot of time here and there is a family friendly cafe. This is the third time we have been to enchanted parks at Saltwell Park and it is always a lovely part of our Christmas activities. They have ironed out the glitches of the first year and it runs very smoothly with no real queues. This has always been a lovely well kept park and i have visited since childhood and spent many happy days enjoying Pets Corner and playing ball on the wide expanses of grass.The lake provides a home for ducks and swans and boats are available for those who enjoy rowing.The park hosts many events,most recently this years Enchanted Gardens an evening... I went to theEnchanted Gardens experience with three children. Great visit. The event was really well organised, and there were staff on hand to help with directions and information. The effects were excellent and the whole event was a magical and educational pre christmas experience. I will certainly try to getticketsnext year and would recommend to all.

Really well done!! Kids loved it, it was spectacular and well organised with plenty of staff showing you where to go round the park so you stayed on the route. Was totally magical and will be going back next year!!

ther always been lots to see and do when there is events on especialy the enchanted park light this year and a used to work in the park many years ago And always be and have loads of memories if you have a good memorie that is its pleasant and always nice no matter what the weather is when you...
