Have stayed in Ardenbeg bunkhouse on several occasions and I've always been very impressed - quiet, spacious, great location, warm - and Keith has always been helpful and prompt to reply to emails. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation in Grantown-on-Spey. Also stayed in the Glenbeg bothy for a week which was great - right... More

Keith and his colleagues at Craggen helped create a fantastically memorable hen weekend for 17 ladies. From the outset, Keith was a pleasure to deal with and his expertise made planning the weekend much easier than expected. The Glenbeg bunkhouse was perfect for our needs and the ability for us to sit round the fire at night time made the... More

We booked a day of activites with Craggan Outdoors whilst we were on holiday in Inverness - The archery was brilliant fun and our instructor, Dan, was cheerful and welcoming. He gave us thorough instruction without seeming to keep us waiting and continued with tips and feedback throughout the session. We were amazed by how much we'd improved in the... More

As part of my keep fit programme, my wife and 11 year old son bought me a 2 hour kayaking session in October 2013 but only used it yesterday. I have to say that I enjoyed every second of it with our son. The facilities, extremely friendly staff, delicious jacket potato and attention to details were faultless. We will definitely... More

From the outset our experience with Craggan was excellent. We took the canoe trip down the Spey and I can't compliment the staff at Craggan enough. The booking was simple, the equipment was perfect, the staff were tremendous and the scenery was stunning. We did lots of things on our holiday in the Cairngorms but had we only been able... More

I took my 2 children to try Archery for their first time, ages 12 and 10. It is a very friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive and Dan was a very good coach for them, told them all safety and basics and made it fun. We had 2 work experience lads with us as well and this added to... More

We spent a bit of time trying out the putting green and had a great laugh. Coffee shop is small but what's served is freshly prepared. Coffee very good. Only gripe was that the advertised free wifi didn't seem to want to work on either of our phones.

Instead of camping or staying in various hotels while a small group of us were on a motorbike tour of Scotland we opted to use Craggan Outdoors and the Ardenbeg Bunkhouse as a central base for the week and couldn’t have made a better decision. The accommodation was excellent value for money, clean with good kitchen/shower facilities. The bunk rooms... More

From start to finish professional, safety conscious and friendly will definately be back next year. Kids loved high ropes , quads ,death slide and archery. Rob ,Insh & Dan top instructors who put up with our laughter, our screams ,fears and a million questions from the kids with smile and kept the us entertained with their riddles and of course last...
