The Pleasure Beach with its mixture of high-octane rides and traditional attractions sits at the top of Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile dominating the seafront skyline with its famous Skydrop. Spread over nine acres, the Pleasure Beach offers huge family fun, full-throttle white knuckle rides to exhilarate and thrill, water attractions to catch your breath and fun rides to keep the children happy for hours. Our roller coaster has been the star attraction since 1932 and is still a crowd puller today. More than 1.1 million visitors enjoyed the Pleasure Beach experience in 2013, confirming our place in the top 10 UK free entry amusement parks. And even more attractions, rides and innovations are on their way.

Now I never expected Alton towers, or even Thorpe park...lol.. And to be fair.. They don't sell themselves as either. The park is full of "fair" rides but sadly reduced in speed and excitement, probably down to insurance or red tape or summit nuts like that. During the day it's quite and mundane and fun for a family to wonder... More

Visited with my wife and 2 year old. There is a useful sign as you go in with all the rides and there height restrictions. I accompanied my son on all but 1 of the rides he went on. An adult and toddler wristband costs £23 which for us wouldnt have been worth it as we only went on 4... More

Always a brill day when visiting. The queues for rides are never too long and the prices are very reasonable and there is always offers in booklets for it. Only down side is the opening times, think it should be open much later in the summer. Have visited for many years since a young child and love all the rides... More

The pleasure beach is just so fun, it brings you back to your own childhood, and it is a great way to introduce your grandchildren to the area too

I bought the maxi band for the grandson but was amazed when we turned up at 15 30 to find out we had an hour and half before closing, it was Saturday the 27th of June. We got round most of what he wanted to ride as there was no queues, where were the people??????. Quite sad really

Was ok more for the kids though and very quiet for this time of year. Not worth buying a wrist band if your over 12 years old otherwise ok to just look about.

Everything is a lot different to when I was younger. Only open on certain days between certain times, everything is blocked of, not as much there as there used to be and seems like the staff there are not bothered talk to you if they have to otherwise they just stand around chatting

This place is BRILL for the kids. It is £17 for a maxi band which got them on rides all day long. There are rides suitable for all ages and everyone seemed to be having fun. Not all the rides were open every day during the last day of June but on the Wednesday they obviously had school trips there... More

So much to do for kids and grand parents. Good prices too. Lots of variety and queues were not a problem.

we come here when on holiday. It was ok but not a great deal to do. Unless you like to go on the same rides over n over I won't waste your time
