My wife and daughter were really looking forward to going but sadly they were very disappointed at the lack of anything there! Most of the exhibits weren't really working and just did not hold your attention needless to say the kids got really bored virtually immediately.

The attraction was relatively entertaining, a tad expensive on normal admission price. Not sure how they've been awarded anything positive for the Tea Room...its a total disaster! Shambolic service & underwhelming food & cakes. On the plus side, it was a nice cup of tea once we finally got it. Wouldn't go back there to eat again!

As others have said good deal to buy the 'Sea & Tea' just a couple of pound extra for a tea and cake at the end of your choice, generous size cake and lovely china tea cups. Lots of things to see covering lots of aspects of history all in life size models, great to help children's understanding and fun... More

This really brings back memories. There's even a proper carousel to ride and they sell sweets like I had as a kid in the 1950s - the only trouble is that the Pear Drops aren't sixpence a quarter now!

This is great being able to take your children back in time much more exciting than a history lesson.

This is a lovely museum with lots of different historic characters (real and fiction), You walk around with a little radio and press the corresponding number to the area and listen to the different tales. This is a great museum for all ages. Plus if your on a budget you can use the Tesco Clubcard Day Out Vouchers for entrance,... More
