We come to visit every year as my 3 girls love to see the exhibits, we love to tell them and show them the toys we had as a child , the carrousel at the end is a great treat and the fudge in the shop is a must . Can't wait to visit next year 😃

We won tickets for our family to visit but would not have paid to come in. While we found it very nostalgic & quaint, i felt it was very expensive for a family. The carousel was charming & we enjoyed the ride.

Just heard that Yesterday's World will not be reopening in 2015. Very sad but brought on by themselves closing every day even in high season at either 4 or 5 pm. Commercial suicide with June July August and September being the main earning months.

A really enjoyable couple of hours. Lots of nostalgia for us oldies in the recreated shops. Well laid out and friendly staff. The tea shop is lovely and the food excellent.

A nice look at life as it was and now gone for ever, A very nice tea room attached. Afternoon tea served as it was by waiter/ waitresses in black and white uniforms. Back to the 1930's.

This is a curious mixture of museum and exhibition, with odd exhibits like tableau of Frankenstein's monster alongside an excellent display of old cameras. It is really quirky and more for fun than education - making me think of the travelling shows with the bearded lady etc... However their tea room is really lovely and the cakes delicious - and... curious, we paid and ventured in to look around, slow to get going however the further you venture the more interesting it became. It is over two floors, with lift facilities. In the middle is a 19th century carousel you can take a ride upon. Firstly you are introduced to the Kings and queens of England, then into see the... More

Good facilities - cafe, toilets, lifts (disabled access) and shop. Good exhibits, very well displayed. An interesting hour and a half of our time. On arrival, it was a bit annoying as I wasted about 10 minutes trying to find someone to pay for our tickets. It could have been a one off, but not what I would have expected... More

Attended this event as was looking for something different. It was absolutely outstanding. From the lovely Victorian buffet to start to running around 2 floors of a very spooky building trying to find out who the murderer was. The actors were superb and it was fun and engaging throughout. Best halloween I've ever had. Will definitely be attending another one!... More
