A wonderful experience was had when we visited. Although there were a lot of cars in the car park, it seemed almost empty when we got in. mIt is a large park with some inclines so wheelchair pushers beware. You can get right close to many of the animals albeit behind fences for the dangerous ones. The meercats were entertaining... More

We visited Africa Alive on a whim on our way home from Camping at Kessingland Beach, as it's only a 5 minute drive away, and we were not disappointed. My 2 boys (8 and 4) absolutely loved it as did my wife and I. The animal compounds are much better than other zoos we have been to, they seem to... More

I took my gt neice and we had a fun filled day lots to see and do the animals were very well kept and in good surroundings. It was good value for money however if a large family may be a tad expensive. Plenty of choice in food venues or you could take your own picnic the weather was great... More

I remember coming here when I was a little girl and absolutely loved it. We recently came for a break away to great yarmouth and decided to return and the memories came flooding back. Nice to see the new assets to the place and very nice food. Lovely day out for all ages and will continue to come back, one... More

we used to come here often when our daughter was younger, but there has been quite a long gap. I loved the African Plains and, as a visitor to South Africa, thought it a good representation of cohabitation. The best for me though was Lemur Adventure, so special to be so close to the lemurs (so tempting to touch!). So... More

This zoo is very well set out, this was our first visit as we wanted to see the baby giraffe and had been recommended to visit by my son and his family. The bird flying display was very good as where the Zulu dancers. Superb zoo and facilities.

We all loved this attraction you could get really close to the animals. The birds of prey displays were interesting and amusing and you could be photographed holding one of the birds afterwards. There was a baby giraffe that was so sweet. You can travel round the site on a train which was free lots of the animals feeding times... More

This trip was great. I am disabled and have to use a wheelchair. Most of the areas were accessible by wheelchair. The range of animals was fantastic. I highly recommended the guide book at a brilliant price of £1.50, which tells you about all the animals. I enjoyed this day trip out.

this is a attraction you have to visit if you are an animal lover! The lions where brilliant i would recommend you visit them at the end of your visit at about 5:00 because the lions are called inside and they come right up to the glass! the lion feed was a bit dull expecting something better that just a...
