Awful spa day, don't spend your money there! Ridiculous , very disapointing, what a shame! Ignor pictures on trip advisor, not a true reflection!

I booked this spa day for my mum for her 60th Birthday. She had never been to a spa before so I wanted something that wasn't too intimidating for her. The wye valley spa certainly delivered.. We arrived just after 10 & were warmly welcomed by Stella, she showed us around & expertly explained all we needed to know after... More

My friend took me here as a birthday present. So disappointing.. 1. Towels in the treatment room was all damp not dried tidy. 2. Hot tub water was dirty 3.sauna dead bugs on the floors! 4. Had to walk into reception every time you needed something (change of swimming costume) 5. Relaxation room was NOT REXALING. People in and out.... More

We welcome constructive comments, because we are a small, family run, ladies only sanctuary. We love to give fabulous value for money. Our market research confirms that most clients prefer a superb sophisticated FREE cocktail, served in a safe elegantly designed polypropylene goblet, pitcher, or cocktail shaker rather than a free cup of tea. Our three front of house staff... More

I hadn't been to a spa before so a little apprehensive, but needn't have worried! Was made to be very welcome and staff were very pleasant. I had microdermabrasion facial and Manicure. The spa is very comfortable with lots of places to chill out. The hot tub overlooking the Wye valley was lovely even though it was cold outside once... More

After reading some terrible reviews after I booked I was a little worried about the experience being awful. However, my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Admittedly, on arrival the building did look a little drab but we weren't spending the day in the car park. The areas were all clean and the staff ver friendly and welcoming.... More

Went with 3 friends for a chillax and that is definitely what we got! We bought a groupon voucher to go and got an absolute bargain. Its not a marble palace but homely comfortable and not as intimidating as some of the 'posher' spas can be. The hot tub overlooking the lovely wye valley was divine. Sadly it was too... More

The treatments were really excellent, I had a full body massage which was one of the best I have had. I also had the microdermabrasion facial, absolutely superb. All the girls were friendly and courteous. The lunch was very poor, this is one area where they can improve a lot, also, I felt there were not enough loungers, plenty of... More

We visited this place yesterday. I bought a deal through groupon.... £30 for a spa day. This is someone's house that has been converted. Good: Therapist were overall nice and aside from one treatments were fine. Was easy to find Nice countryside location Bad: Dirty toilets and sinks So much chlorine in jacuzzi and spa (outside only) that we couldn't... More
