As a regular visitor to the tearoom, I can recommend the delicious fruit scones. However, they do a variety of other cakes as well, all equally delicious. The tea is loose leaf, the coffee is good. There is always a warm welcome for visitors. In addition, there is a lovely selection of tasteful gifts to buy.

Came here for a rest with the three children, and couldn't have been more impressed with the attentiveness from the owners, within minutes we had menus, hot chocolate, a high chair and delicious brownies all round. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family!

Another great visit this morning. Disappointed that beef goulash unavailable but alternative was OK. Managed to buy a little Christmas gift here. As usual, friendly staff and lovely surroundings. This is why I always make this my first port of call when visiting Ross on Wye. See you in 2016. Merry Christmas to all.

Not only did we enjoy friendly and efficient service, but also sat in very comfortable seats in a secluded alcove with really interesting craft items for sale around us. The scones were fresh and a choice was offered regarding extras. The tea was excellent being made with tea leaves rather than bags. A warm welcoming atmosphere. Such a good experience... More

We visited recently and had a warm welcome from the staff. They do a variety of sandwiches and cakes to go with your pot of tea. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a traditional tea room

The hotel we stayed at recommended Pots & Pieces for a lunchtime snack. Excellent choice! Delicious ham & pickle sandwich on beautiful brown bread - 2 good and filling sandwich slices.Nice Latte coffee to finish. Very friendly owner and plenty of very pleasant girls attending to every body's needs. Recommended!

Visited this establishment for coffee and cake mid morning. Nice choice of lunches and cakes with a good variety of teas and coffee. Friendly service and a choice of gift items can be purchased. Good situation in the town.
