This is a great place for a day out. The attention to detail and commitment by the volunteers is outstanding. Lovely food on the cafe and a great atmosphere. The dvd presentation was really interesting too

It was a good day out but quite expensive, no reductions for OAP's!! £16.00 each.......but you do get to see the trains in the sheds, and on the lines, travel on one and it has now been extended to East Grinstead. Relaxing ride on the train through lovely countryside. Great picnic area just outside the main station at Sheffield Park.
