Visiting Sheffield Park Gardens is always a pleasant experience, the gardens are well maintained & the colours wonderful. As a NT member you always feel welcome as part of the NT family, a far nicer feeling to that experienced at local Wakehurst Place. It was extremely busy & the free car park was full although there were a few spaces... More

We visited the National Trust Gardens knowing that they would definitely provide me with a gluten free meal after our disappointment at a nearby attraction. My husband & I had not realised these delightful gardens existed but after enjoying a delightful meal in the restaurent, browsed the gardens. Perhaps early September is not the ideal time to visit but the... More

These are stunning gardens with lovely features. Great for a walk any time of year. Spring is always magnificent as is autumn. It is expensive to take a family but the facilities are good.

These gardens are beautiful -the combination of the trees and lakes makes for a stunning country walk. Free admission of course to NT members which is a positive bonus as we often visit just for a walk. The trees are wonderful with so many varieties and some of such great age and of course spring and autumn its almost two... More

Very well worth a visit. Friendly welcoming staff. Great walks around the lakes and through the woods with some really good vantage points for those memory photos. And best of all (for NT Members) NO Admission Fees, unlike Wakehurst Place down the road which has now imposed Entrance Fees on NT Members, by way of its introduction of truly extortionate... More

The best way to get value for money when visiting gardens like these is to join the National Trust. These gardens are stunning and well worth a visit.

This is one of the prettiest gardens you will ever see & in autumn in comes into its own as the lakes reflect the leafs which change colour. The landscape & views are picture postcard material. It is part of the national trust & cameras at the ready

Breath taking. Truly the most gorgeous gardens and lakes for many a mile. Excellent to arrive /depart to and from. No winding , bramble laden lanes , just a smooth drive in and out. Well laid out and easy to navigate . Cannot praise Sheffield Park up enough.

Used to take the children here all the time when they were little. Recently went back with a friend. Beautiful scenery, so relaxing.
