Free large and varied play area/park and huge space to venture around.Go and explore further afield on the road in as there is an area with all sorts of bugs and spiders to be seen under a microscope where the mini train is caught.

Wat Tyler Park is a great place to go. Good parking, which is free, take a picnic or there are places to eat inside and out. Excellent play area for the kids. Train which takes you round the park or you can get off at a couple of stops. Walk along the river or just explore the vast open spaces.... More

Great park with extensive free playground facilities for all ages of children, Activity sessions and guided tours not very well signposted - notice in the centre said 'not today' but on the barn was an advert to sign up at the centre. Once booked it was worth it. Free parking, plenty of space and separate areas for walks; picnics etc.... More

Nice little woodland area to play in too. Good train ride although I felt it was... More

The park is brilliant for the kids, lots of open spaces too. Been here lots of times, kids love it, also with my dogs. One thing the park is lacking is normal bins and dog bins.

Nice place for a family day out,and for a picnic. There is a play area for the children. It is a place not just for families. You can walk your dog , go bird watching, it's up to you.
