My wife and I took our two grandchildren aged 6 and 8 to the Wat Tyler Country Park on Wednesday 27 May. We had actually planned to take them up to the Tower of London, a distance from home of around 22 miles, but regrettably the trains were cancelled due to an electric failure. I have been to Wat Tyler since I was a kid and still loving coming here with my own child. Great day for warm water and the whole family. They are always doing activities for kids all ages and it's a wonderful place to go for a relaxing wonder too.

A nice place with plenty of space for children to run around and explore, a few parks for different ages. Cute little shops when they are open and different activities through out the holidays x
