I visited the Ahenny high crosses after visiting Cahir Castle. The directions were clear and it was easy to find.

Definitely worth visiting.
As the other review noted, the countryside around it is lovely. The drive from Callan to Windgap and on to Ahenny is really nice. The village itself is really unusual, it must have been built for workers in a local mine. Its worth walking around the village, the houses are pretty and a lot of them seem...
