We took my kids (9,11) here on Easter Sunday to see the Osprey and were in luck! Brilliant views of both the male and female birds and the fixed telescopes were brilliant. We also did a small egg hunt along the banks of the water with a well put together quiz to follow. Both the boys really enjoyed and received... More

The pair of Osprey were still mating and were due to lay eggs any day. The hide is perfect and is split level. The staff are wonderful with a great little drinks machine and windows to watch the garden birds on the feeders.

Was recommended to us by a work colleague who visits regularly. The staff were lovely & very knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to see two ospreys in the nest & flying around and also some other wildlife. Well worth a visit!

Go here in osprey season! It is great to see these birds in their natural habitat. I loved the scenery and you really feel as if you are in the middle of nature.

Great place to view the well known Laddie and Lady Ospreys and has a viewing point. The hide/centre to view the birds is just outside of Dunkeld with a small car park. There is a visitors centre and the observation area is reight beside a loch. Staff very helpful. They have food out for other birds and animals which you... More

This is aclassicbirdwatching spot. Seeing the Ospreys here is a bucket list must. Evenout of season it is a great place to go. We saw GoldenEye grebes dabchicks tree creepers and Sparrow Hawk. We only stayed an hour or so. Thank you to the staff as well especially coming to find us to see the sparrowhawk.

Visited here this afternoon with friends. We all feed the birds at home but our education was added to by the very friendly volunteer in the bird hide who then came into the main viewing area with us. There was snow on the ground and some icy patches in the car park but it was cosy inside and we were... More

We stopped off during the Christmas holidays, when the centre itself was closed. But we were still able to access one of the hides and look across this very lovely loch. The hides are well equipped with great photos of the landscape showing you where the ospreys can be spotted (at the right time of year). We walked along the... More

We had to tear ourselves away from here - the viewing hides for the loch give such great views over the water. although the ospreys had flown south, we were delighted to see a pair of great crested grebes and a juvenile, as well as various ducks and geese. The staff were great - as well as having a long... More

We knew that we were too late for osprey when visiting in September and were disappointed to hear that the pair had failed this year. We did however have the pleasure of seeing a young great crested grebe demanding food and being fed. Hopefully in the photo !. Always good to have a chat with the staff and catch up... More
