Approx 25 of us descended unannounced upon the cafe for my husbands 30th birthday, including children. The cafe staff were more than accommodating and even rearranged the tables without prompting to fit us all in better. The service was quick even during the lunch time rush and the staff more than welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend them but... More

This is situated in a large park so plenty of room for a run or a game or football after looking at the indoor areas. There is a large free car park and the museum is also free. There is a carriage museum, an exhibitions room - which is especially good when the Wildlife Photos are on show, a shop,... More

Luton generally has a dowdy reputation. This is in the media and often felt in the town, but this exhibition is really worth a visit. There are stately homes, motoring, horses and carriages and some interactive stuff all in a pleasant, well maintained accessible museum. this is something Lutonians should be proud of and visitors will enjoy.

Love taking the kids here, there's loads of activities for them, the cáfe is reasonably priced, can get busy in the summer but that's OK because the grounds are beautiful. A fantastic place to go if you are at a loss or want to do something different with the family for little to no cost. Definatly recommend to all.

The gardens provide a sense of gardening history. The discovery hall houses a fine collection of old horse driven carriages. Has a good cafe and children's play area. Best of all entry is free to the centre.
