Lovely Park

Lovely place to walk round, lots to see and do! There are a number of walks that can be taken to navigate the park and on a warm day can easily spend a number of hours here.

How lovely to see the park lit up in the evening even though this is out of season. the gardens are beautifully kept with bulbs and shrubs all in flower. plenty of ducks on the pretty lake and when the season starts there are boats to be had.

I came here when I was little on holiday and was never allowed to feed the squirrels and just had to go to see if it had changed, to my delight it had not, I went with some peanuts because I was this time going to get a squirrel to feed from my hand and what fun I had, they... More

Clean, large enough for a walk around, the 'Chinese style' gazebos give it a bit of originality. Pleasant café, good for children, free.

every now and then during the summer months you get variouse interesting displays, boats ect; its a very peasfull place to visit and of course the wildlife, ducks, swans ect. I like to sit and have a picnic and just relax and enjoy the setting.

We stayed at the Clifton hotel, just up on the cliff top above Peasholm park from 13th March to 15th March 2015. It has been many years since we were last in that part of Scarborough and had an enjoyable walk along the North Bay and round by the Open Air Theatre down into Peasholm Park. The weather was cold,... A pleasant place to go for a stroll or just sit and watch the world go by. I went with my Grandfather and he enjoyed just ambling along. We had a pleasant meal in the cafe.

One of my favourite places in Scarborough. Great first thing in the morning when the sun is out. Take some digestive or monkey nuts for the hungry squirrels.
