We regularly visit Scarborough, and always visit Peasolm Park most days. It's lovely and peaceful early morning, and great for an early morning stroll. There is the boating lake with plenty of boats in which you can go around the lake on for a reasonable price. The naval warfare show is also entertaining for the younger ones and there is... More

The park is nicely landscaped with a sailing pond and Chinese features. It has a pleasant cafe too. There is an adjoining woodland area which is worth strolling through.

We came here out of interest after seeing it on the internet. It is a lovely little park, you can have a go at the pedaloe's (wear waterproofs). Only downside was that we were asked to leave eventually as an event was on, so they closed it and only way back in was to buy tickets!

Just sit back and relax and take in the wonderful and very cared for scenic views. the trees, the flowers and the lake all superb. Did not have time unfortunately to go boating or use the Café, but will surely do so next time I visit Scarborough.

Only letdown was the disgusting toilets that the council can't even provide toilet paper and soap for. They are getting overhauled yet will start charging for them once complete. Anyway, this is a gorgeous park in a gorgeous coastal town. The boating lake and grounds are stunning and there are plenty of squirells and ducks around for any kids to... More

This great production had nothing to do with any historical event but boy was it great fun. Cheering and booing by both young and old made a great afternoon out.

This is a really lovely place to go, nice to just have a walk around but a great place to take the children, lots of magical places to see and find. Been many times and always makes me smile.

Had a walk around the park, how pleasant it was, even had a man in the middle of the lake playing the organ! Plenty of benches to sit on, ice cream hut and even a cafe. All this and it doesn't cost anything! Very enjoyable.

We recently attended as a large family group, of mixed generations, with some of our party keen to see the Naval Battle, while we looked to entertain some of the younger children. Unfortunately all the attractions in the park closed during the "battle" and there isn't a play park for children. Asking staff, I was told there wasn't one close... More
