I visited the museum with my boyfriend. I was happy with the price; only £3 each which included return visit within a year and access to the art museum. The museum itself is rather small, but there's a lot of things in there. Particularly fascinated by the skeletons they have on display; very informative. The room right at the top... More

If you pay £3 to get in here you can also get in to the Art museum just up the road on the same ticket. Worth a look if the weather isn't very good.

Good value for money £3 for the year and entry also covers the Art Gallery. Exhibits are based around geology, fossils and finds; worth 30 -40 minutes.

A nice little geology museum, especially for £3, but I felt they could do with a little more explaining clearly the contribution and life of William Smith who is key to the history of both this museum and geological mapping.

The Rotunda is only a small museum but contains a number of very interesting local items. Highlights include the skeleton of the Gristhorpe man, a bronze age warrior chief, and local fossils. The top floor of the building is an excellent example of museum architecture. The admission is only £3 and is combined with a yearly ticket for the Art... More

Staff were lovely to deal with and know plenty of info to get you started in the museum, 3 pound admission is for the whole year and worth it - go to the top floor and look to the sky

We visited the Museum has it was a wet morning, and found it to be worth the entrance fee, which ticket gave you the opportunity to visit any time again for 12 months.I think we paid £3 odd each admission. Good value. There are facts about our coast line with video, and a Dinosaur room with real footprints and interesting... More

£3 per adult to get in and that lasts you a year so not bad money wise. Children under 12 fee. Quite a small museum but great fun with the dinosaurs for the kids!
