Betton Farm is a campsite, tearoom, farm shop, honey farm and has a small farm animals attractions. Our daughter had spent many happy times camping there and chose to have her wedding reception there - weI must admit weI had our reservations. Anyway, we were so pleasantly surprised. Betton Farm put up a fabulous decorated marquee with direct access from... More

We were staying in a cottage in the village, and decided to go and see the animals. My daughter who is nearly 3, absolutely loved the play area. There were slides, swings and lots of portable play equipment. We looked around the animals and then had the breakfast in the restaurant. We sat in the conservatory on request and were... More

Lovely meal, very friendly and helpful staff, they served 14 of us very quickly and efficiently, we didn't feel rushed in any way. They were very helpful on the phone when we were organising everything beforehand, our party really enjoyed themselves as they did last year when we visited. Our party were all family, ages ranging from 60-90 years and... More

We visited Betton Farm on a number of occasions last year, and had a wonderful time seeing the pigs, characterful goat and various other animals, as well as visiting the informative bee display, and enjoying some fantastic lunches in the tea room. Back in Scarborough, we decided to visit for afternoon tea. With the wonderful weather, we chose seats outside on... More

I went with a friend to Betton Farm. We had a look round the gift shops and everything. The staff were all friendly. Then we had lunch at the cafe and the food was wonderful. Betton Farm is to be visited, and I'd recommend it, as it has everything. From Rebecca Sturdy.

I'm not sure about this place being called an attraction really. A couple of nice shops but the bee place was very mediocre. There were a few pigs and some hens in the animal area plus some toys to play on. I'm not convinced that these two go together as children will always be noisy and excitable where there's different... More

We decided to revisit after coming a few years ago and loving it. We found that it has got even better. The kids loved the play area and the bee exhibit, we all learnt a lot and loved seeing all the hives. We stopped for a late lunch at the cafe and were not disappointed. The children's menu was fab... Betton Farm is an excellent place to visit! It is free entry to see the animals and the play area - fantastic for kids! There is also a café/restaurant, a shop, a honey bee 'experience', pottery painting etc and some other things which I have not explored yet!! The food is delicious in the café, although we have never had... More

Had organised to stay at this campsite last July for 7 days but it was so good we stayed for 10 and only went home because kids were due to start back school! This campsite has something for everyone and 2 adults and 2 kids were very satisfied with what was on offer! Hope to return again this year! Thanks

Visited today. Loved the honey bee exhibition. Very interesting. After free tasting bought two jars of delicious honey to take home. Food in restaurant outstanding. Small shop selling all-sorts worth a look too. Children will love the animal farm and play park too. Great place to visit. Highly recommend. :-)
