Its ok, but not somewhere we would rush back. We stayed in our caravan. It would have been nice if the owner had come and asked if everything was ok. Had to complain about dirty animal straw around the fresh water tap. This was cleared the next day but really should not have been put there in the first instance.

We visited about an hour before closing one Sunday. We started with tea and cake in the cafe, staff were great with the children. Everything was well presented. Next to see the bees, there is a small charge. The display had various hives with bees, behind glass so no bees flying around us. Also different sizes of bee keepers' suits... More

After many enjoyable visits to Betton Farm, mainly for teas and coffees but also for meals on several occasions, we chose to come for Sunday lunch with our daughter and grandchildren. What a mistake. We had booked a table, but on arrival were told that food would take half an hour. We accepted that they were busy, so had a... More

We have just called in on passing for a drink and a sandwich. It was 11:50 am and the main part of the restaurant was still empty with a number of tables reserved and we were placed at a table for two that wasn't reserved. It was next to the door and was very breezy and quite cold so we... More

We love Betton Farm. The childrens play area is great. Lots of different toys and equipment to keep different age groups and abilities busy. There are usuallyother families there and thr children play together giving them extra play incentives. If they get bored chasing around and climbing on castle you can take a wander round thr paddocks to see the... More

Good, home-prepared food, with a farm shop and a friendly playground for younger children, and the chance to see baby animals at close quarters - we enjoyed watching the piglets with their mum, as well as chicks, ducks and ponies.

Called here Sunday 9th August. As an animal lover I was very upset to see 2 rabbits shut in individual hutches with nothing to do and no space to exercise. Their hutches looked in need of a good clean out and were tatty and nibbled and TOO SMALL. 2 other rabbits were in the enclosure together looking sad and bored... More
