My sister had booked a table for 12.30pm.We were seated & given menus, then the young man came back to take our order. However,he then told us that it would take at least 30 minutes for our order to be served, due to a small group in the conservatory who had pre-ordered their lunch & therefore were going to be served first.... We were just after somewhere near home to have a cup of tea and a bun with my wife and her niece. At the time we did not realise it was 15:50 and they closed 16:00. They said it was fine if we just wanted drinks and cakes. We had two cream teas with one Lennon drizzle cake. The drinks... More

This cafe offers a good choice of food and their home made soups are delicious. I found the pea and mint soup to be very tasty but too thick in consistency. Teapot of tea is very good too. The cafe is based on a farm development with a good bakery which is very expensive and a honey shop. Cooked food... More

Just been to Betton Farm, it's one of the few places around Scarborough that stay open after October!! Good little farm, just give a donation. The cafe was excellent, warm and welcoming and superb food, we had the quiche and the Yorkshire farmers lunch. Definately will return.

We stayed on the caravan site last weekend, it's in a lovely setting with good facilities. 10 minute drive from scarborough. Highly recommend breakfast in the cafe and cake from the shop.

New addition of the conservatory great. Friendly staff. Good selection of homemade food. Enjoyed looking around the honey bee display, minimal entry cost. Lots of honey to buy too.

Found this gem of a place after researching things to do on trip advisor. We stayed here for a few hours, visiting the play area, looking at the animals, the honey shop and an obligatory ice cream. To say this is free the play equipment available is fantastic, the suggested donation amount is minimal. The entrance price to the honey... More
