We went to Scarborough Fair on a recent day out at Scarborough - we found the cost very reasonable and the staff were excellent. The attraction consists of vintage cars and cycles, steam engines, loco's, organs, fair rides and an assortment of other old items such as tape recorders etc. The entrance fee included a token for one ride on... We were not quite sure what to expect of this attraction , but on entering the building we were enthralled by all the exhibits and rides with the added bonus of an organ recital. All the staff were very friendly and we spent an enjoyable 3 hours here.

I visited the museum quite a while ago. It was fantastic to see true icons of vintage motoring. It is definitely a place to visit with the family and there are some things there that you wouldn't see anywhere else. There are rides you can ride such as a vintage carousel and bumper cars which are fun for children.

Went for the second time with family members who didn't go the first time. A great time was had by all, especially the grand children aged 2-10 years. This is an excellent collecting of steam engines, vintage cars and motorbikes, fair ground rides and organs. There is a cafe and bar in the ballroom. In all, very good value for money.

We have been visiting this coast for some years but visited Scarborough Fair for the first time this year. We found it both nostalgic and interesting. The numerous staff were only too happy to answer questions about the vehicles, fairground equipment and organs. A recital worthy of Reginald Dixon takes place several times every day, we watched it from the... More

WOW and double WOW! This is a truly amazing place that knocks spots off the more famous fair organ museum in Norfolk. It has been set up with an enthusiasm that shines through. The staff are also very knowledgeable and obliging. You have to go around a few times to take it all in, plus there are rides to try... More

Well worth a visit, for such a relatively small collection there is so much of interest to see made even more so by the staff manning the various exhibits and rides. The Bar / Tea room is also well worth sampling everyone we met was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you, the wife and I had a great time.

The whole attraction was amazing. Steam engines, carousels, a ghost train, dodgems, roundabouts and much more besides. All in working order and a ride on the carousel was a must for this oldish lady. Brought back lots of memories. The Wurlitzer organ was played during the afternoon and what an experience. It is a magical place for children young or old.... More

We enjoyed this place but after an hour we had looked around and been on the rides that were available. We were in the area and it was somewhere new to go but I wouldn't go out of my way to go to it.
