Our second visit here but this time their excellent Christmas Show was presented. The fair and street organs were not playing this time but the fairground rides were running and the rest of the exhibits were on show. There is a very good cafe here as well. Don't miss this place if you are in the area.

Not much there and would of been round in 15 mins. had a ride on lovely old merry go round but didn't realise we could go on other rides free with our ticket this wasn't explained. We did see a brilliant christmas show so this saved the day.

This was our 1st visit to this attraction but it won't be our last. We visited on the night of the 12th December for the Christmas Concert and were very impressed with the standard of the performers who were not a professional cast. The energy they had was totally impressive.

The Manager told me that this was one of the finest collections in the North of England and I agree. I am going to hear one of the Victorian Street Organs in the old Market place at Bridlington Old Town where they have a Dickensian Festival & Fair there on 22 November.....Will be great to see it on the Street.... We came across this place a couple of years ago and visit whenever we holiday in this part of the country without fail. The children are entranced by the tea dance but the old style fair rides are not to be missed. the folk running the place are very pleasant to talk to, genuinely seem to like seeing happy people... A totally eclectic collection. We loved going on the rides from our youth, particularly "The Ark" with Status Quo blasting out as we clung on to our mounts! I loved the fairground mechanical organs and my OH sent a long time looking around the vintage vehicles

My God-Daughter booked Scarborough Fayre as her choice of venue for her wedding reception. Wow and Amazing !!!! What a fantastic place. My husband and I were immediately transported back to our youth. The different rides, penny arcade. Looking at all the vintage vehicles. We were able to go on the rides. Just brilliant. Just a shame it's not well... More

Get a free ride on the carousel! Some lovely vintage traction engines, mechanical organs and various vehicles to look at, as well as some fairground rides to go on - which you pay for. Good way to spend 2-3 hours
