Very interesting place and the day we went was nice and warm which made the experience even better. I would definitely visit again.

The staff were very warm and welcoming, and given it was free to enter for the special occasion, I thought this was a great gesture by English Heritage. I arrived in time for... More

Excellently situated with stunning views if scarborough. The grounds themselves are well kept and building good. But apart from the ruins there's no other educational information available apart from the tour book or audio. It's a good visit if a one of thing but multiple visits or anyone that lives in the town it's a not bother place. As not... More

The area around the castle is beautiful with fantastic view points along the coastline -we were lucky with the weather and were able to sit outside for lunch and take in the scenery. The staff were extremely helpful and added to the... More

Popped over to see the Castle, not been since I was 10. Unfortunately this is just one big ruin, nothing much to see besides the wall.

We were very impressed by Elliot for making the tour fantastic!! Definitely recommend taking the tour as you find out things you wouldn't normally by the guide. Elliot was wry energetic and made it fun :) this was the second time we had been to Scarborough castle and the first time we did some jam and wine tasting with Rachael... More
