Great day out for Donkey lovers

Free entry although donations boxes are placed around the centre, no pressure to donate. Animals all looked to be in good condition and well cared for with very caring staff.

and there is not much that is free in the West Country! Lots of events held, lovely gift shop, free parking and the donkeys are delightful! Unfortunately the cafeteria is a bit pricey but their fare is good.

Very well run and free but they rely on donations so don't be stingy.the cafe etc is good for food and drink and you can spend a couple of hours wandering around the fields and seeing the donkeys. Ideal for kids too and you can take your dog's as long as they are on a lead.

Great place to live if you,re a donkey, we watched a donkey have a drip removed after surgery to a foot . He ran literally into the paddock and rolled in the grass so happy to be alive.

All the animals were very well looked after having arrived in difficult circumstances. The staff were helpful and the notes about donkeys nice to read. It was great to watch them enjoying life.

This place is. Well worth a visit to stroll round and see all the donkeys and have a nice cream tea in their cafe. My wife loved stroking the donkeys t is free to get in but please leave a donation in one of the boxes around the site but nobody puts any pressure on you to do so but... More

We visited two years ago an loved it so returned with our daughters they thoroughly enjoyed the maize and reading the donkeys stories. My only criticism was that there were no donkeys in the paddock as there were previously. A great family day out,

Still free entry and dog friendly, it seems to get bigger and better every year. Lovely tree lined avenues around the donkey paddocks, with many memorial plaques to read on the way.

We have now visited here several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. The site is well set out with a number of interesting walks and a brilliant maze. There's even a walk down to the beach. The donkeys are a pleasure to see and there's plenty of interesting information about them.
