It's SUPER here and it's free! You can [and should] give a donation when you visit, but how many great attractions are free these days. You can go for lovely walks around the fields and there is an eaterie here or take a picnic. You can pet the donkeys that are in the main barn and they are such gorgeous,... More

A very nice place to visit . The animals are well cared for and the grounds are beautiful. The food in the cafe was lovely . The cafe could maybe do with being a little bigger as it was very busy when I was there and I did have to wait a while for my order but everything was freshly... More

There really isn't a bad thing to say about this place. A very very good place to visit, so many lovely donkeys to see and stroke. If you went there in a bad mood you would certainly come away in a good one.

A perfect day out! Free to get in and free parking which is rare, they rely upon donations. It's a donkey's paradise, absolutely huge, the donkeys have loads of space to graze, really lovely stables to sleep in and as much affection as they can take. The whole place is very well kept indeed, really clean and lots of signs... More

Re-visited the Donkey Sanctuary with my wife and am writing this on her behalf. This wonderful place goes from strength to strength and the wonderful charitable work especially with children is a joy to behold. Everyone can take part in this work and adopting one of the many donkeys. The Donkey Sanctury is well worth a visit, and you will... More

Visited the sanctuary while on holiday at Seaton. Free entry was unexpected but a bonus. Lots of walks of various lengths to do, taking in all or some of the fields which have lots of donkeys roaming around and coming over to the visitors. Through the day there were a couple of donkeys roaming free in the main yard to... More

Admission and parking is free and the Donkey Sanctuary is open every day except Christmas day. The entire facility is immaculately kept, the staff attentive and welcoming and there's plenty to see. The Hayloft offers simple food and drinks, the maze is great fun, there are hundreds of donkeys (730 when we visited), opportunities to pet and groom the animals,... More
