Excellent path all the way round giving good views of the lake to spot tufted ducks, nesting cormorants and herons amongs others. Yet to visit the nature reserve part as some of the paths looked very wet. Will do so in the summer. Is also a cafe with home cooked bacon butties etc and cakes! Takes less than an hour... More

We love this park and visit very often. Being retired we probably use it as younger people use their gym but it's much more interesting. We never tire of it and due to the weather, the changing seasons and how many herons we can spot, it's always different. A very positive addition to our lives.

Lovely food but it isn't cheap for a café. Gorgeous setting but it can be a struggle to get a seat. Will come back again.

lovely family park to relax and spend a few hours. quite, largely unspoilt park with easy access to walks. The lake is beautiful, take a walk around and see the wildlife. A great place for families with young children.
