A great walk for everyone but more to do too

Great for a quiet and easy walk right round the tarn. Ample parking, quite cheap, good cafe and information centre. Good toilet facilities for all.

Wonderful place to take a break and walk in the country. It has always been clean and people friendly. Loads of ducks to feed as well as swans.

Lovely to have a walk and feed the ducks. My little girl loves this place. Shame parking is so expensive. It should really be free.

Visited on a bright morning just before New Year, obviously a popular spot as carpark 2/3rds full on a mid week day in late December. Family party of 9 - 70 plus all enjoyed the stroll around the yarn which is just over a mile in length - a good walking surface all round with some interesting features for the... More
