I'd always known of the church in Colchester, but I didn't know there was a vintage market inside! They did a late night Christmas Soirée where the 40's trio Fox Wiggle & Sass were playing. A thoroughly fabulous night. Lovely bit of cake and Christmas cheer. Accidentally bought myself some vintage bits too.

Reasonably priced vintage clothes in an old church with a cafe at the far end. We went very late in the day and so didn't experience it at its best but had a pleasant stroll around. The cafe staff although busy with Christmas decorations and technically closed were helpful and friendly.

The GO4 Market Cafe is the crafty, vintagey, foody equivalent of the Tardis! So may traders under one roof, with something to catch the eye or spark the interest every time. I like that the space is kept fresh by them having changed the layout till everything works really harmoniously. Equally nice to pop in for a quick cuppa and... More

My partner and I love the GO4 Market Café. Its such a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town to come and browse the wares from a variety of traders in such a beautiful and serene setting. The café serves wonderful food, the cake in particular is delicious and the teas and coffees are great value. There's always... More

Trinity Church is a little haven, it's like finding a secret emporium off the beaten track! A peaceful place to enjoy some fresh scones and tea with a bit of in store shopping included, there's a great range from vintage clothing to world foods and everything in between.

It's exciting to come across something that you almost didn't know existed. The GO4 Market is just that. Encompassed in a decommissioned church in Colchester town centre, it is an independent market full of all sorts of finds, from vintage clothing, vintage and retro homewares, military memorabilia, records, handpainted ceramics, Moroccan leather, pretty china, ethnic fabrics and second hand clothes... GO4 is a beautiful old church which has been successfully turned into a market hub full of vintage and handmade traders and contains a delightful cafe too...you can get everything there from a beautiful vintage outfit from the 1940s/50s/60s and beyond, to vinyl galore, to morroccan inspired kitchen ware, to bric a brac, to gorgeous handmade crafted items, bags, badges,... A lovely cafe set in a church just opposite the main library in Colchester. Great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Great play area for the kids and bordering the cafe is a crafts fair and pop up shops that sell antiques, vinyl records and books. Not your run of the mill cafe and all the good for it. Worth your...
