Beautiful gardens with places to relax and enjoy the gardens. The museum is interesting for all ages and there is something different in each room. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a quiz for kids to participate in whilst walking round. There is a cafe and shop. We had a good time and would return.

The park is excellent! And free to public a slight fee to park now! But the water park and play areas are all free great for a picnic and little train ride around the place stopping at the museum and cafe! The mini theme park is great but be prepared to spend money here! It mounts up very very quickly,... More

Good day out at Clifton Park and Museum, we were lucky the weather was good as the kids made good use of the park, the permanent on site attractions are good although the crazy golf is a bit expensive, on the day we went there was also a fairground with some pretty good rides for all ages. The museum was... More

I always enjoy visiting Clifton Park Museum. The displays of pottery are quite breath taking, especially the Rockingham. The museum has to be one of the best "local history" museum in the country.

An excellent free interesting day. Children really enjoyed the Victorian kitchen. Good cafe. The park is just outside so you could do a picnic in the park.

This is a lovely museum, be it not a massive one. Good for local people too, especially if they have moved away some years ago, and gone back for a visit, like us.

It must be a good 30 years since my last visit to Clifton Park Museum and I really liked it then. I visited today with my daughter and my impression has not changed. Something different to see in every room from a history of Rotherham to displays of beautiful local pottery. I particularly liked the York and Lancaster Regimental section... More
