Gibraltar Point is great for bird watching, there are little trails that lead you to a hide where you can sit and watch the birds without disturbing them and there is a lovely café that serves good food and a nice shop

We visited here last week, and were amazed at the devastation made by the tidal surge, no wonder the visitor centre wasn't open, we were told that it was under half a metre of water afterwards, this being a mile from the sea! There was a very friendly lady selling hot drinks etc and had information about what happened. We... More

Only been the once, but enjoyable. Such a nice walk. Amazing views. Loads of dead crabs along the ground. Lovely walk along the beach. Cafe a little overpriced. Worth a visit.

Spent a relaxing birthday with my wife. Had a delicious, hearty lunch in the visitor centre cafe. Such a shame that the reserve was so badly effected by the storm surge just a month after our visit. Let's hope that it soon recovers.

Expansive, peaceful part of the Skegness coastline. Much to see from well constructed hides, with a golf course close-by and Skegness itself a long-walk/short cycle ride away.
