Gib point is a really peaceful spot, with unspoilt salt marsh & beach, if you love out of the way natural beauty this is for you. There is an abundance of wildlife including lots of rare birds (in the right season of course). Due to flooding in 2014 the centre is closed and will need rebuilding but there is a... More

Other than that there is nothing else there. Liked the walking. Didn't like the area. It is in walkable distance from Skegness but not really a place for your family. I didn't really feel safe.

A lovely walk. Great for bird watchers. We saw the seals on a sand patch in the sea. Great to observe through binoculars. Very windy. Wear glasses and wind proof clothing. Even in august!

I've been here a few times. It's one of those places that obviously isn't an all-singing and all-dancing attraction, but if you or one of your friends or family like birds (and the rest of you enjoy a nice quiet time with your friends or family) then you can spend a pleasant few hours here. The easiest way to get... More

Magnificent open skies, with wild scenery and sea. This time we visited the marshes and lakes on the inland side as well and were blown away by the vast flocks of geese wheeling and landing on the fields and lakes. If you come in winter either wrap up really well or ensure the day is unseasonably sunny. We did both,... More

The visitor centre and cafe are closed due to flood damage but there is a temporary Portacabin and mobile catering van offering a limited range of hot & cold drinks & snacks. Also temporary toilets. However the purpose of visiting Gibraltar Point is the scenery. The weather was poor so the view out to sea and across the Wash was... More

Lovely weather helped our recent trip, glorious sunshine and a lovely walk. Easy to follow routes. Not many birds about that day, but the views and light were beautiful. The catering facilities advertised were pretty dire to be honest (bacon sandwich from hell), but the staff at the cabin were very nice and helpful. Wish them luck with the new... More

We have been to Gibraltar Point on many occasions when visiting Skegness and every time it blows me away. What a wonderful peaceful place it is especially this time of the year. We walk via the marshes and we did not see any one tell about an hour had gone by. Don`t take your car or you will miss out.... More

What a gem of a place! My wife and I were visiting our daughter in Lincoln and being a nice day, decided to explore Gibraltar Point. What a gem ! The long walk along the seashore and hinterland was so relaxing and satisfying. Clear your lungs here and scream out life's frustrations here. All good for the soul. Reminded me... More
