Walked along the dune pathway from Skegness. Well signposted but, if you don't call a taxi or manage to blag a lift it's a long way back. Lovely dunes, good swimming, take a flask and a bar of chocolate.

There is always so much to see at Gibraltar Point. The wide variety of birds on the lagoons, the huge numbers of geese on the marsh and wheeling in the air, the chance of a merlin or a marsh harrier passing through to seals surfing on the incoming tide. LWT cabin for coffee and a snack and a brief update... More

The building work seems to be going on well. But it is still well worth a visit as there are temporary toilets and refreshments. There is a new woodland walk now.

A beautifully kept nature reserve, full of British wildlife and great walks. Very interesting if you are interested in succession of sand dunes and marine biology. Lots of sea birds around and great beaches for walking along.

Far side of Skegness along Drummond Road Park in the Car park which you have to pay for. Visitors Centre plus different types of walks which are well signposted plus depends on the length of time you want to walk for. Loads of hides for bird watching telling you the types of birds in that area, really a good day... More

Peaceful and right out the way of the peak season hustle and bustle.. Nice for a relaxing walk in the sunshine on a lovely summers day!

I've been here many times with my family at all times of year - it's a beautiful nature reserve and quiet beach. So much nicer than Skegness town centre beach covered in fat tourists and maltreated donkeys. Anyway, the beach is a long walk away from the car park, tourist centre and café but it is so pretty and quiet... More

it was a cool windy day in December, but, a walk at Gibraltar Point was interesting regardless of not being at it's best. There is always something of interest to walk around and see in this area. The new visitor centre being built looks like it will good once finished. Perhaps the small lookout will be refurbished at the same... More

Great walk and I can imagine it will be packed in summer. Good for bird spotters and walking your dog for miles. I visited in December so it was empty and very windy...
