A fantastic place to visit, went this last weekend and it was quiet, peaceful and sunny! A good place for walking, best to go when tide is out so you can walk along the sand dunes.

The walk through to the sea is brilliant. You feel as if you are on a very distant remote shore, and you are!! The birds had gone somewhere else the day we went but the remoteness is amazing. Went here in august but centre and cafe museum was closed due to flooding.it looks rundown with nothing much happening.went for a walk passed the small boats.had a look from view point but only there 30 mins.had more fun looking at the millionares houses on way and back.

didn't manage to get to Gibraltar point this year but had a lovely visit last year loved the walk will definatly come next year

Make sure you go to the loo before you get there as the effluent in the porta loos was piled above the level of the seat - but the loo roll had been replaced!!!!!! Very poor info for new visitors as thecentre is closed and the trust hadn't botheres to offer anything else so little or no help for visitors... More

A remote area away from the bustle of Skegness looking out over the Wash, not great wildlife but just great getting out there...

Unfortunately the area has been spoilt by the floods which have damaged the information centre also. Great for keen birdwatchers

My husband was keen to visit Gibraltar Point but obviously had not done his research because when we got there today the visitor centre/café was shut and has been for about nine months by the look of it.The portaloos were apparently not worthy of a visit!! It was cold and windy which is nobody's fault but resulted in us not... More
