I have visited Skegness, Butlins a few times and I have never been disappointed. I have visited with family and I have been with my work. There is always something to do, regardless of weather. Every time staying in Gold apartments - yes they're a bit of the pricey side but so worth it! .. The food hall, (premium) is... More

I have no complaints about this place at all.....maybe just 1 little one which i shall explain later. I don't know how much it is to stay in a chalet so I can't comment on value for money there but Butlins is as costly as you want to make it. I managed to have a fantastic time on a very... More

We stayed in a Gold apartment which cost more than an expensive hotel in Norway recently! The worthwhile activities, and some of the Club Red (children's club) activities cost more. The food was costly and average quality, with the exception of the Chicken Restaurant, and Ludo's, the Italian which were fairly costly but the food rated the expense.

Visited Monday 1st September which was classed as "Off Peak" even though most kids still off school. We also got a further £5pp discount as it was a Monday and some rides/entertainment options were not available (change over day). As a result we got a day pass for 2 adults and 1 child for £25 which I thought represented excellent... More

We spent the day at the Butlins Water Park. It was a nice way to spend the day. Unfortunately some of the slides were closed for the day. But a good way to spend the day at a reasonable price.

My family and I recently visited Butlins in Skegness having not visited the place for many years. To be perfectly honest I am hoping it will be many years before I have to visit again. It was horrendous. We took a 4 year old little boy with us and the first attractions he wanted to go on were all chargeable.... More

Paid £56 to take my 2&5 year old into butlins skegness for the day. Well I thought everything would be in with that price. How wrong were we, we basically paid £56 to walk through a gate, may aswell have burnt it. After eating at a disgusting shoddy burger king we ventured out and found we had to queue and... More

Stayed here for a week in the caravan village. Kids love butlins and even though everything's a bit more expensive we will be back in 2015. Would recommend sky bar passes as the venue fills up fast although you could q from 4 in a camper chair(which I witnessed )
