A good family holiday only spoilt by the rudeness and attitude of some staff

Day visit to Butlins on 21st July. Quite expensive for 2 adults and 1 child £56. Good parking facility and walk underpass to get into Butlins. Swimming was very busy at 11am but went quieter over lunchtime. Not as much to do for older kids like by 11yr son, mainly geared towards young kids with Fireman Sam and Puppet show... More

We stayed in the caravan village so can't comment on Butlin's accommodation. Overall the site was very well set out with lots to do for every age group. The staff we encountered were all friendly and the shows we decided to watch were very good. Keeping a single teenager occupied takes some doing but we had a lot of laughs... More

We have just spent a week at Butlins and my daughters (5 and 3) just loved it. Their swimming attraction is one of the best in the country and the shows are as good as any we have paid for (and they are all included in the price!) There are plenty of optional extras, we opted for archery for us... More

Another excellent holiday in a caravan on Butlin's site. Great fun, excellent swimming pool and outside water fountains. Clean safe environment for kids and teens. Some items in shops a little over priced but to be expected at a prime place. Teens too old to get involved with Red coats but saw plenty of little ones enjoying the experience. If... More

This place would be good for children upto the age of 10 TOPS. If teenagers are going most of the activities for them you have to pay, some rides at the fun fair are free others to pay. Our 2 bedroom apartment was lovely but at a cost. accomodation 1/2 board was £655 for 3 nights. My niece is gluten... More

We visited Butlins for a weekend break and from the minute we arrived we was greeted with smiles at the Drive in check in point. Even though our pack was not there, they was able to direct us to the Arrival Reception, who again was very helpful. We arrived to our accommodation just before 4pm, but I was in extreme... More
