there are a variety of shops, Natty accessories being the most comprehensive, you can always find something to buy, I do anyway, the Farnhouse bistro is lovely, great food, great staff and lovely atmosphere. Worth a visit.

I would recommend the restaurant at the Mitchell Centre. It's a busy and popular venue, the food is high quality. I am a particular fan of the full English breakfast, and the specials board is always worth checking out. The staff are friendly too.

Have visited The Mitchell Centre a few times. Was disappointed that some of the shops I liked have closed but did enjoy looking round the ones there. Had lunch in Bistro. Thoroughly enjoyed it! A very generous portion of Lasagne with a salad garnish and very thick cut chips which were not at all greasy and very enjoyable. Would definitely... More

Some interesting shops, adequate cafe - just a shame the director is so rude as that takes the shine off it.

If you visit Mitchells Craft Centre in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands you must go in ARTifex Gallery. It has some amazing furniture, pictures, glassware, ornaments and jewellery which are on off pieces, a lovely shop to buy special gifts.

We went to cafe ceramica here a few weeks ago. It's a lovely little cafe where you can paint anything made out of pottery. It's a little on the pricey side but it's great fun for young children and even adults as a one off. They even do parties!
