The huge stretch of sand, the beautiful views, the way it's character changes with the tides and the weather. Always able to find space, even when it's busy. And our kids love the play area, the crazy golf and the cafe.

Sandbanks is famous for its expensive housing stock and being a beautiful place to live. The bay itself is gorgeous, and a great place to relax. Generally other than a walk or to learn water sports there isn't a lot to do here.

Sandbanks is famous for being one of e most expensive housing areas in the country and beyond. However, most of the nicer properties are well hidden from the public and the rest are mostly unimpressive. The bay is shallow and therefore good for learning water sports. Apart from the beach areas and a couple of restaurants there is little to... More

Love this up market area. Lovely blue flag beach. Great 18 hole crazy golf for all the family. Nice playground for the kids and good restaurant on the beach front. Dedicated area for walking dogs on the beach. On opposite side to the beach is the marina and yacht club.

First time to one of these chains but really really good food. Loved the choice and also how they cook it. You choose pan fried, steamed etc. Service at this particular one wasn't really good. Very slow and they had to be reminded about our drinks order. However overall a very nice visit

Went to the sandbanks cafe, only because there wasn't much else around, we live here in Bournemouth , but decided to go out for the day and give the place a try, we got the cheapest meal , which was a fish finger sandwich with a handful of chips, basically a kids meal, as we thought the menu was too...
