Absolutely amazing place to get married. We decided to hire the house for the day and I can't of wished for anywhere better to get married. The staff were incredible and the grounds are stunning. Reasonable price. This will stay with me forever and I can not explain how blessed I feel to have had the day if my dreams... More

Upton Country Park is a beautiful place to visit. With it's luscious greenery and wildlife, it's a quiet and majestic place to visit. I recommend it for families of all ages! The tearooms situated near the entrance of the park are great! Prices expected of a tearoom, great atmosphere and happy, friendly and kind staff! Great to grab a drink... More

Although living twenty eight miles from here I am quite a frequent visitor since I discovered it several years ago. It's fairly quiet during term time but in the school holidays it's a great place for the kiddies to let off steam. There are some lovely walks around the park all year round. My favourite is the Waterside Walk which... More

Lovely place to visit. Enough room for kids to run around and tire themselves out, trees to climb, ponds to explore and peacocks to visit. Very friendly environment and attracts a good scene of people. Currently under development to expand the already large park.

We read about Upton Country Park in a local tourist information brochure and feel it should be more widely advertised. Obviously locals know it, and what we found was a beautifully maintained Park with plenty of free parking, clean toilets, good sineage, a lovely Mansion House, a plant centre, a huge lake., a cafe.......stunning! Unfortunately we arrived late afternoon just... More

Our friends had been there before and took us there. We got there and parked, for nothing, then entered the park, for nothing which was a great start. The formal gardens and the rest of the park are all really great and a wonderful place just to spend some time, just walking, sitting and watching the plants, birds and wildlife.... More

I had booked for my husband and myself to go on a Segway ride around the park. Unfortunately on the day booked the weather decided to delilver us a thunder and lightening storm. Did we care? Absolutely not. James our leader was great, we'd had the safety/segway briefing and set off then halfway round the course the heavens opened, but... More

This was a great location for a pleasant morning wandering round the gardens of this small country park. There is a very pleasant café and plenty of parking. Although the house is not normally open to the public, the doors were open the day we visited so we popped into entrance hall to admire the beautiful staircase and plaster work.... More

This is a gorgeous place, when we found out my dad had cancer this was the first and unfortunately the last place he wanted to come! It's gorgeous the gardens are amazing! The whole grounds are relaxing with cattle one side and the harbour the other side! Anytime I want to remember him I go there :)
