We visited mid-afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to only be charged for 1 adult (instead of two) as staff used their discretion to give us a discount given lateness of the entry. Everything was delightful, well maintained and friendly staff. We visited the petting zone and met a friendly guinea pig, then fed some lambs and then enjoyed seeing the... More

We went here in October 2014 with our 2 year old son as were were holidaying locally. Entry was around £21 for the three of us and there is lots of free parking. Our 2 year old loved the massive indoor/outdoor tractor riding area. The slides on the bales of hay are a genious idea and again these were a... More

Must say was bit dubious of visiting after reading some bad reviews but my 20 month old son LOVED it. As I said before its what you make of it. We spent about 3 hours there and will be returning within 5 days to make use of 50% discount. Loved the sand areas and play areas and malaki enjoyed stroking... More

I have been coming to Farmer Palmers for the last four years and am sorry I've never written a review!! My two boys 4 and 2 LOVE Farmer Palmers! We have passes which are great value for money! They never get bored of coming! Their favourite is Farmer Palmer himself-who always says hello (makes their day!) and the cow milking!!... More

Overpriced for a children's attraction when adults pay £8.50 then have to pay for tractor rides and many of the activities are repeated .the hay barn was a good idea but very little else was worth the price

Keith, I am sorry you feel our brochure and web site did not prepare you for your day here. Children love things so much they sometimes want to do it twice in one day, so we try to provide this. Please email me at info@farmerpalmers.co.uk to let me know the ages of your group and how long you stayed. More

Very little for the grandchildren todo & the whole place is rather small. Even the alleged bread pudding was dissapointing, whom ever made it has obviously never seen a recipe for bread pudding, some essential ingredients were missing and alarmingly replaced by ingredients that have a much higher chance of anaphylactic shock & with no warning! Nuts, cherries & candy... More

Thank you for your thoughts. I am keen to know how old your grandchildren are, as this is important to the service we try to offer. I have spoken to our lovely cake maker and she assures me there are never nuts in her bread pudding! We also have all ingredients marked on our cake stand to help you make... More

Very expensive for very little! The entire area covers little space and kids run from one thing to the next in a matter of minutes. We were so disappointed. The haybarn area was quite good and the lamb feeding was fun but not much else to rave about. The concept is good but the cost needs re-evaluating to better manage... More
