Wasn't sure whether to visit Farmer Palmers as we didn't have the cover of small children. However, being a total animal lover and very big kid (50+), decided what the heck. Had an amazing time, played with lambs, goats and pigs and they all seemed to enjoy contact with people. Also sneaked into the guinea pig cuddling area with a... More

We attended as friends with a young toddler. We kept to the schedule given to do all the lovely things like bottle feed lambs and go on deer safari there are lots of places to abandon a pram while doing all this. It seems very small but there is plenty to do there all day between activities. Lots of play... More

We found farmer palmers website while looking for things to do on holiday in Dorset. We have a 9 month old son and thought this would be ideal for him - we weren't disappointed! (We did visit on a week day during term time and as such there was a nice amount of people there. As some reviews have said,... More

We arrived here when the farm first opened it was very quiet but got busier later as expected. There was plenty of things to do but don't think you could spend a whole day here. We went on the woodland walk which was nice.... I think charging for the tractor ride was a little cheeky as surely it should be... More

My 4 year old daughter was so excited about going to Farmer Palmers, she had spent so much time looking at the leaflet we were hoping it would be a great day out. Our first impression was the site was smaller than we originally thought, but it actually has so many activities packed in, with short walking distances (good when... More

We apologise if your day was not all it could have been, our popularity does sometimes create challenges for us. The tractor rides are included in the party package and the guests should only join their allotted special times. Please contact me on info@farmerpalmers.co.uk so that we can communicate directly as I do not believe you discussed this with a... More

Firstly to be honest when I looked at the site map and then walked in I thought an hour or 2 at tops. How wrong could I be. I came with 2 children and they loved it. Climbing the hey bales to go on the bumpy slides. The animal atractions are small but they are very well run. My youngest... More
