It was crisp and cold on our walk to Jimmy's Farm and it was a welcome warmth to step into the open-beamed barn restaurant. It was busy and we hadn't booked but our table was in front of the bar and the open kitchen so there was plenty of hubbub and we love that. The staff were friendly, efficient and... More

Visited twice this year so far, had lunch both times and been superb service and food. If the lady with blonde hair is working think she is in charge it runs very smoothly. Service is prompt and with a smile, food is fresh and tasty. Had the burger which was not like a normal boring meat burger. And the sausages... More

Food and atmosphere in the restaurant are great - ideal for kids. The roast pork is gorgeous. However, it's a shame that it's so expensive to go and see the animals and experience the rest of the farm. It should at least be at a reduced price if you've eaten there, or free. Particularly as the restaurant isn't cheap. if... More

We visited Jimmy's Farm on our recent trip down to Ipswich and thought it was a lovely morning spent walking round the farm. The admission price of £3.50 is very reasonable, but we would like to return in the summer to see how the farm differs. I think there will be a lot more to see in the spring/summer, and... More

A team day out had been arranged which consisted of meeting at Jimmy's Farm where they have a fab restaurant, farm with all a manor of animals and a fabulous farm shop. About 20 of us met from the Surrey, London & Ipswich offices for some team fun playing outdoor laser quest in the woods surrounding the farm (highly recommended... More

Visited Jimmy's Farm on the way back from a break in Norfolk. Admittedly it was a dreary January day but the whole place looked run down and shabby. We paid the £3.50 admission to see the animals and walk round the farm park but what a let down. Labeling of the enclosures didn't seem to reflect what was in them... More

we have now visited Jimmy's farm 4 times, in spring and winter. its a nice place to visit for all ages and has a takeaway part, a very good farm shop (the sausages are excellent) and a restaurant which does a very good roast dinner indeed. You can feed animals, there is a butterfly house in season and the bluebells... More

We have visited Jimmys farm a couple of times in the year, and really enjoyed it every time with the kids. Plenty for them to do and see! So when I saw the offer of an annual family pass for £35.00 (reduced from £75.00) I have snapped one up and am looking forward to visiting very soon and lots of... More
