A trip away to Suffolk, first stop a friday evening to Jimmys Farm for a £15 per head menu with live music. We were both looking forward to it. With the TV shows, Jimmy teaching would be farm owners how to run a successful farm and Jimmys connection with his friend Jamie Oliver we were both expecting a cracking evening,... More

Great day out in the sun, plenty to see and do at Jimmy's Farm. Delicious fresh meal at the restaurant (the pulled pork sandwich is highly recommended).Great animal area where you can feed and pet them along with play areas for children. There are a couple of lovely shabby chic style shops and large well stocked farm shop. Look forward... More

We visited here with 4 kids, aged 12, 11, 6 and 3, while holidaying in the area. We expected to spend the morning here but ended up spending the whole day! The kids loved feeding the animals and the 2 big play areas were a huge hit, suiting all ages. The kids loved the Hobbit Houses. The entrance price was... More

For £4.50 I think it is overpriced for what it is. Not many animals there at all, all looked a bit drained, first impressions are awful! Certainly is not buggy friendly, so hilly and stone pavement everywhere, crossing bridges were a struggle and tight squeeze with a single pram! Shall not be returning. Glad Felixstowe was close by so our... More

My first visit to the farm was as I expected... Fairly clean and tidy (it's impossible keeping a farm clean) and full of children having a great time! The butterfly house was incredible and had recently seen it on TV. We didn't eat/drink there and just did the woodland trail. I wasn't disappointed but wasn't blown away, however, we shall... More

The husband and I have just returned from a day out to Jimmy's farm. Its the hubbys birthday and we wanted to do something different so as the sun was shining and the kids at school off to Jimmy's we went. I must say that it was such a lovely place to visit and I know the kids would have... More

My husband and I visited Jimmys farm on Saturday and we loved it! I was like a big kid, going around and feeding all the animals, there was a great little black and white goat that sped over from across the other side of his field when he saw me coming and jumped up waiting to be fed! He really... More

It was Mum's birthday and we picked Jimmy's Farm as the venue for the family outing. This sounds like kids were involved, but it was actually eight adults and the idea came from Mum's hints. Unfortunately it was a wet day and considering everything, with the exception of the butterfly house, were outside, it was a flying visit. If it... More

Many thanks for the review. Yes a lot of what we do is outdoors! People can spend a whole day in our Farm Park, so as you say it is good value for money for families. Do come again and enjoy our grown up bits such as the restaurant, gardens and shops which are all free entry! More

I would agree with many of the previous reviews that this is overpriced for what it actually is. We visited midweek and found that there was no animal petting happening or pond dipping which was very disappointing for our children, as others have mentioned some of the eating places were closed too. Our kids however had great fun den building... More

Thanks for the review. We do have all the details about the Farm Park on our website. Animal petting happens on weekends and during school holidays each day, The same goes for our Field Kitchen. However, we do have our restaurant, gardens, farm park, Joules shop, farm shop and butchery open 7 days a week. We do hope to see... More
