The food is good.

Right let me start by saying YES I've reviewed this place before and gave it 4 out of 5. However this place gets bigger and better. Excellent job well done in expanding this little gem of a day out. Firstly easily sign posted and big car park and access for all. This is a place for family, friends and children... More

I love the programme and love the ideal and reason behind it. Looked forward to going there and had a look on line before we went. Maybe I built it up too much in my mind but found the experience fell short of expectations. Overall impression was that it fell into the "expensive" category. Will go back before we go... More

Yes there are lots of animals and lots to do but the problem is that this farm isn't ready for the warm weather ! Reindeer had no shade whatsoever and looked extremely thin ! The pigs only had drinking water and no water to wallow in even though we were told that the pigs need the mud to protect their... More

Us big kids love this place too!! Myself and my other half have been on a few occasions now as its just down the road for us, and every time we have a really nice day out. We could spend all day sitting in the butterfly house, watching them all flitter about and I could spend hours petting all of... More

We went to the "Sausage & Soul" night recently and had a great night out, lovely selection of gourmet sausages and a super little band - "Frog on a Rocket" provided a selection of soul and popular classics. An enjoyable evening at an affordable price. We've been a couple of times to events at Jimmy's and always have a good... More

The three children in our party (aged 4, 5 and 8) wanted to go fishing as explained by a member of staff at the entrance gate. The fisherman in charge however was very grumpy and not patient at all. Each of our children had a turn but the fisherman was very impatient. He would use phrases and terms such as... More

This is my favourite place to take the family. The butchery is excellent and the choice of wines and beers is awesome. All at a fair price. The farm is extremely well kept and has lots on breeds to see and feed. Great relaxing and peaceful day out. Even saw Jimmy himself. Will be visiting again very soon. Only cost... More
