This was the location picked by local agents for a mini anomaly. It is surprisingly large, lots of space to sit back and let the world go by, and also a couple of places for young children to play. Top tip on sunny days the ques for icecaps is large outside, so beat the crowd and pop inside always a... More

Many years ago when I worked in Ipswich, the Park and especially the Arboretum was a great place to escape with my snack lunch. I also have fond memories of events here ranging from the Co-op Fete to Betram Mills Circus and the special celebration of the Festival of Britain. The band concerts on a Sunday afternoon in the Arboretum... More

A beautiful park to walk around with different flowers to see. There is a big pond and and lots of seats. The mansion is very interesting. There are tennis courts that you can sit and watch the players.

Fantastic park, great for walks all year round, not a bad cafe open spring and summer...had a jacket potato with Prawns at lunch time. Only real issues I have, is that parking is tricky, only around the park, nothing inside, unless you use disabled facilities, and cycling not allowed in most of the park (just across from East to West... A large park in the centre of Ipswich. Great for children. Plenty of seating. A nice clean park. Visit the Tudor mansion museum while you are there.

This is a glorious park close to the centre of the town. I always enjoy walking through it, because it is such a peaceful area, and the wildlife is always exciting.

I walk through Christchurch Park often usually on my way to work. The scenic route is appreciated but it's when I visit with my daughters that I really take it all in. We last visited 28/4 and found the park to be well looked after, very tidy and the child's play area is fantastic. It's one of the few parks... More
