great place can get everywhere in a wheelchair staff very friendly,coffee shop great,relaxed atmosphere.

They dont tend to have on family shows in the holidays. There are more shows for adults though. Allthough it does have the odd show toddlers but tgat is not really what we want

it was great i go every once and a while to a UPC conference and the space, the availibilty with facilities, they cater to disabled people as well, and i think that is one of the best venues ever.

Great night out; jools was excellent as always, the band on top form; a fab concert made even better by special guests mel c, marc almond and wonderful ruby turner. Drummer stole show with stunning drum solo. Audience very positive. Staff are always pleasant. Nice seafront location. Not much room for dancing down the front, but you can't have everything!

Brilliant theatre. Dancing queen was a fab night out. This theatre has it all planned out for able bodied and disabled alike.

Have only used it as a place to have a drink or to use their toilets. The facilities are excellent - fully accessible and clean. The prices at the bar are not as inflated as at many similar establishment. I found the staff very friendly and was able to have a lovely cup of tea and watch some TV in... More

Thank you for an excellent day. The Crafnant suite was set up beautifully for our reception and the staff where very attentive and polite. Food was superb and the compliments flowed. The Orme suite for the evening do exceeded our expectations and all guests enjoyed the "do".Thank you to all the staff

we used this venue for our national conference, with ladies from all over the UK meeting together, its a great venue for this. the cafe inside is lovely and again the staff are all great, friendly and welcoming

It is a great place for a conference. The space is great and the staff lovely. We had an evening reception there and an evening dinner. Food was lovely.

I live locally, but try not to visit this theatre. This time, however , a friendly kindly asked me to accompany her to Peter Pan. I always avoid here, and try to go to Rhyl theatre instead, where the staff, are consistently helpful and smiling. Here, the staff (on reservations) seem to be non smiling, non helpful robots.
