This shore is a lot quieter than the main East shore - all the attractions are on west shore. So if looking for a beach to go to, but need a quiet place - this is for you.

Lovely area to walk around. Can walk around the Great Orme or we went the other way and walked along the coast to Conwy. It was 4.1 miles and took an hour and a half to the centre of Conwy. We also walked back, would recommend.

Lovely spot to take young children for a play in the all weather playpark, a play on the sand and a walk along the shore/promenade. More natural than North Shore, of course. We live locally and come here often as many other local families do. The views across to Snowdonia and Anglesey are stunning on a clear day, especially in... More

The less known area of the West Shore is one of my most favourite places in the world. It's quiet, peaceful and a very well kept area. It's good to look across to Conway.

Clean beach, great place to explore and relax. Sea is a bit cold however. and the parking isn't brilliant. That aside well worth a visit.

Not having visited Llandudno for many years i was told the views from the quieter West shore are stunning, with sunsets to rival anywhere in the Uk. We decided to book into the Lilly Hotel that overlooks Conway shore to the mountains of Snowdonia. To say we were disappointed is putting it mildly, the whole area looked run down, and... More

Parking close to the sea, views to die for, walking distance to town and facilities, ideal for walkers as on the coast path

Great to walk the dog or family, watch the kite surfers having fun and at the end of the day if you're lucky, see a spectacular sunset

Personally I prefer this beach to the main promenade beach in Llandudno. The views over the estuary are stunning especially if you walk around the Orme and come down on to the west Shore.
