Parking close to the sea, views to die for, walking distance to town and facilities, ideal for walkers as on the coast path

Great to walk the dog or family, watch the kite surfers having fun and at the end of the day if you're lucky, see a spectacular sunset

Personally I prefer this beach to the main promenade beach in Llandudno. The views over the estuary are stunning especially if you walk around the Orme and come down on to the west Shore.

There can be few finer views than the one looking across the Conway Estuary towards Snowdonia from West Shore. The sunset was spectacular.

On a windy day at Llundudno take a trip to West Shore it will be a lot more sheltered the beech stretches for ages with rock formations jutting out from the cliffs. Nothing much happens here two cafes. Choose the one by the bus stop very friendly and the locals use it. Great for a quiet morning or afternoon out.... More

Really pebbly beach, and I mean BIG pebbles. The kind you use to pin down letters. Brought a couple home as they were fantastic colours and stripes. You really wouldn't want to sunbathe on anything less than an airbed. Very pretty beach, but no shells.

This is one of our favorite beaches as when the tide is out, you can walk out for miles. You can also walk the the next village along and then come back along the sand dunes

We went here after reading lots of reviews on here about crabbing... Do not go here if that's what you're after, complete waste of time! It's just your standard flat beach (very clean though!) there were no rock pools whatsoever. Nothing wrong with it but nothing exciting either, just wanted to make sure no one else ventured out there for... More

The West Shore Beach is a lovely quiet beach with wonderful views. Something for everyone. A play area for Children, lots of seats to sit and enjoy the surroundings, toilets available. Footpath access to the Great Orme. Frequent bus services to other places via Llandudno. You can get the Sightseeing bus from here too and we even got a little... More

We have always loved West Shore as it is quieter than the promenade beech. There is a lovely cafe at the far end and a good safe play area for children. Also gym equipment to use if you are feeling energetic!
