Llandudno is a lovely holiday destination for those looking for a peaceful getaway. You will find no tacky shops along the promenade.... Just lots of benches for relaxing and taking in the views. Not a bit of litter to be seen. The only annoyance was the greedy seagulls, but that's just nature.

A lovely brisk walk, enabling one to take in the fresh sea air!Not interested in the Amusement Arcade or, little shops generally. The pier seems to be well maintained and, popular with visitors. We especially like the Promenade walk at evening time when cooler.

Llandudno prom is unique in that no stalls or shops have ever been allowed making it a hassle free stroll. The curved sweep of the promenade hotels and the backdrop of the pier and the Great Orme make a walk here always enjoyable, even when there's a cold North wind blowing!

It stretches a long way and can be very cold in poor weather and sweltering in hot weather. It is nonetheless readily accessible from various points and there is some seating. The shelters are now somewhat dated. Recently tons of rocks have been loaded on the foreshore as sea defences but alas it has destroyed the beach.

The prom in this Victorian resort has to be both one of longest and well maintain I have been to. They do say that a lot of older people come here, well if they do there is plenty of seating all the way along the prom. Has to be one of the features that makes this town what it is.

This traditional promenade is very wide and uncluttered like some resorts. Just right for a peaceful stroll, particularly in the early morning or early evening.

Large seafront promenade. Clean and traditional. Not a tacky vendor in sight - absolutely perfect. Hope it stays that way.
