I'm sorry to say this is a good example of a children's seaside amusement park that has had its day. Run down, badly staffed and needs far to much money spent on it to be viable again. Despite the owners trying to bring it into the 21st century its failed. So sorry i think it was a great place 10-15... More

I came across the gardens as part of my circular walk off the orme. However the views from here and the place itself were so pretty I went bac at a alter time to look at the wide selection of plants and trees and enjoy the view. It is in very good shape, obvioulsy well cared for and there are... More

Plenty of seats with stunning views of the Pier and the Great Orme. A quiet place to sit, read and chill out before exploring the gardens or taking a walk around the Great Orme.

Very well maintained gardens with lovely views over the bay. Peaceful and quiet, a hidden gem and a good starting or finishing point for a walk to/from the top of the Gt Orme.

Happy Valley deserves it's name, spent a lovely afternoon here relaxing while on holiday with my Mother. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed the sculptures on the Alice Trail. The gardens are well kept and if you like exercise try walking up to the Orme-quite a climb but worth it.Well done Llandudno for this lovely garden!

Brilliant area for sitting and relaxing. You can see the wonderful bay and pier at their best from this area, with the cable cars travelling up to the Great Orme behind you.

Happy Valley Gardens are a short walk from the pier. Once again there are plenty of benches for taking a rest. On arrival you see the Queen Victoria monument, the bandstand, the café . the stone circle and the toilets. The largest building is the start of the cable car which runs to the summit and is a very pleasant... More

This would be an ideal place for a picnic but unfortunately sheep had evidently been let into the gardens and left quite a mess. This was not the case when we came two years ago. However it is nice to sit on the benches and look out to sea, minus the wind turbines would be good. The café is a... More
