When do piers lose their magic? Llandudno's is faded, tatty ,pointless....and great! I'm 65, my daughter is 30 and we both had such a magical time here. Is is childhood memories that are stirred and still created, is it the growing view as we walk out to sea, or is it just the smile that arrives unannounced on our faces... More

We enjoyed our stroll along the pier, plenty of stalls and things to buy, see and do - everything you want on a pier. We liked the idea of the wooden seats which had been placed down both sides as memorials to people who used to visit Llandudno. The weather was rather was blustery with scudding clouds and the views... More

The Pier is a lovely walk, with outstanding views of the surrounding area. Lots of small business's with unusual wares. An area of amusements for young children. Fishing area separate for those who enjoy it, but it was also novel to see parents teaching their children "crabbing". A nice combination of modern & old simple family fun.

Not too crowded even though it was a bank holiday. Lovely views over the bay and out to sea. Great stall selling classic CD's from a by-gone era.
