There's lots more to do and see than the one in the seaside town I grew up in. A lovely place for a stroll to get your dose of sea air.

Walked the length of the Pier on a recent stay in the area. A small selection of shops and the mandatory clairvoyant on the way up to the amusement arcade. The arcade has a good range of machines but it was all too grotty and dismal inside. Stunning views everywhere you look.

My friend & I went to Llandudno pier, during a visit to the Great Orme (on a separate review). The pier is 2,295 feet which is the fifth longest in England and Wales. There is plenty to see & do on the pier, from arcades to cafés & ice cream. The views from the pier are great. We went for... More

Jutting out into the sea Llandudno pier is the longest in Wales so if you don’t want to walk the full 700mt length in one go there are plenty of seats. The Pier buildings themselves have been neglected and have a multitude of repairs. There are stunning views to see at the far end. A typical Victorian Pier which is... More

No visit to Llandudno is complete without a walk along the pier. Yes, some of the stalls are a bit tacky and the area around the Grand Hotel can be very a bit crummy, however the Llandudno pier still retains the feel of it's Victorian past. The arcades at either end are good for a bit of fun if you... More

Visited the pier after a gap of 50 years. Oh what a change. Whilst there had been some attempts to keep it clean and attractive, there was signs of rust and missing lamp posts etc. The worst of all was the Grand Hotel, which is now anything but grand!! A scruffy, run down place, right at the start of the... More

The pier was fab, and the arcades weren't bad. The claw grabber machines were set on Super Mega Elite Hard difficulty, making a win impossible despite over 9000 perfect grabs. The arcade staff were grouchy and crabby.

An absolutely breath taking pier and a lovely walk to be had. I adore it here, the arcade to have fun at and the little stalls on it are superb
