The Soverign Harbour Marina is a pleasantenough stop, especially when the weather is fine, but whilst it has several eateries and a few boutique shops there is little else to recommend a visit. I suspect that the majority of visitors are there for the adjacent ASDA store and cinema complex.

This is certainly a nice place to walk. There are plenty of parking places if you are coming from out of the area. As all the area is flat it is good for reduced mobility or even mobility scooter users. There is a variety of places to eat and on a warm summers night it is pleasant to sit outside... More

Poor shops, some so so cafés and restaurant. The marina seems to be an excuse for a large, ugly overpriced housing estate. Visit the rest of Eastbournes seafront for better views and atmosphere.

The Marina is my favourite place to indulge with a glass of whiled white wine or an aperitivo continental style on a sunny summer day in Eastbourne. The atmosphere reminds me of the marinas in the south of France, it is so lovely to sit outside on the terrace of the various restaurants (my fav is Simply Italian for the... More

Take a stroll around the lovely Marina.. All flat so easy to access. The boats are varied and there is a working fishing fleet too. Soon to be developed into an educational area I believe. There is a working lock system and far reaching views out to sea. Quite breathtaking! The Marina boasts many cafés and restaurants that are suitable... More

On a bright day it's a nice place to walk around. Some nice restaurants with outside tables, boats to look at and you can go for a boat ride around the harbour. If you're lucky you'll get to see the lock open (it happens about every 20 minutes).

Europes largest marina with 700 pleasure boat moorings plus a fishing fleet and a lifeboat provides a lot of activity as a backdrop to the 'Waterside' quay with its collection of restaurants and cafes to provide a pleasant place to sit in the sun and enjoy whatever takes your fancy. Choice ranges from excellent quality non chain restaurants though high... More

See the different types of boats and yachts berthed at the marina. Lots to see, with a good walk around the marina and cafes and shops in the area too.
