It was nothing special but it was worth taking a ride on Dotto train from Eastbourne to harbour if you want a change of scenery.

Beautiful, so much going on. Boat tours , kayak rentals, sailing lessons and quite a few pools and water parks. The beach of course is right there, really lovely day.

Worth a visit but don't expect many shops. Harbour focuses more on eating and drinking! Boat trip around the harbour was very interesting looking at all the lovely properties and boats. Steer clear of the Harvester restaurant though (reviewed separately on trip advisor).

Sovereign Harbour was a very nice place to have a relaxing day, and taking in the scenery, we had a boat trip round the harbour , we really did enjoy that !!! We took a picnic lunch, and was pleased to see so many benches they had got for the public !!! Would like to visit another time !!!!

Nice place to visit on a Summers day. Variety of restaurants with views over the harbour and some interesting shops. Lots of yachts and other boats in the Marina. Free parking close by.

Free car parking, a couple of shops and restaurants. Boats going by if you are lucky. Not much of a vibe and not what we were expecting from such a highly publicised mega invested area.

We went to see the marina in the night. It was a good atmosphere around the marina and it was lovely to eat food overlooking the harbour. We ate in the Thai restaurant, which was great! Next time we return to Eastbourne, we will definitely ride the road train to the harbour and visit during the day to explore further.

a harbour with the same old restaurants you seen everywhere else before, but one of the most surprising things here is the cold hearted unwelcoming attitude of the place. NO swimming NO bathing NO boat launches NO fishing,NO bikes,NO skateboards, private property,NO entry, chains on all the gates. an appalling place .

Not as much there as we expected, although the restaurant we ate in was good (Pablo's) and the pleasant atmosphere of the harbour with outdoor eating and drinking was really good
