The hike was great, but a bit strenuous. I guess not for the Norweigans but for me an American, yea, it was tough. (and I work out regularly and run marathons).Totally worth it though. This is one of the best hikes I have ever been on. I lived in Stavanger for 18 months and went on this hike at least six times. Each time was truly spectacular. The hike is moderate - easy for a hiker, strenuous for a non-hiker. It takes an average hiker about 90 minutes to get to the rock. Preikestolen... more
