We went to Fjaerland last summer. We took the ferry from Balestrand, which was lovely. The fjord water is turquoise as it is fed from the glacier. We rented bikes and went to visit the glacier museum which was interesting and took a picnic up the (long) hill to one of the bases of the glacier - fantastic, noisy. The... More
