There is an hourly bus out to the park, or you can take other public transport with an interesting 15 minute walk past the football ground and out onto the peninsula. Large tanks with interesting and information exhibits, plus interactive displays with staff at an open tank, a diver feeding fish in the large sea fish tank, plus penguins, seals... More

The exibitions are good, but nothing much happened there. And is was very windy outdoors. Also plenty of schoolchildren were visiting and running around making lots of noise. Go there on a warm day and in the afternoon.

An excellent way to spend a couple of hours either with or without children. Very impressive tanks containing both familiar and unfamiliar sea life. There is an interactive area which even the adults enjoy! Outside there are penguin and seal enclosures and a water play feature for the children.

We visited the aquarium hoping in an interesting visit. Well, 22 Euros (170 NRK) ticket is way too expensive. Especially when the exhibition is limited to only North Atlantic sealife. Especially when comparing to the 17 Euros ticket for Lisboa's Oceanario and the (approximate) 10 Euros for the Berlin's Aquarium. Nevertheless, it contains a lot of info for this specific... More

A great aquarium that focuses on the sealife outside of Aalesund. A lot of big fish, penguins and seals, I highly recommend it!

This was a great aquarium to visit with many different types of activities; not just the typical walk around and look at the fish and sea life. We loved seeing the penguins and the caretaker put on his black tails to feed them. That was funny and cute. Yes, it is expensive but what is not in Norway? If you... More

An expensive trip especially for a family with 2 adults and three children. But the aquariums are nice and filled with fish. The penguins and seals are a must see for the children. At least mine. And the oldest loves it when she can go to the kids activity centre and fish for small crabs using shrimps and a clothespin.... More

I visited this attraction while on a cruise in the Norwegian Fjords last summer. It was a great experience and we were able to get up close to native species and fish. The aquarium is very informative and has information about every single species. We were lucky to see the fish being fed in the large tank and visit the... More

Atlantic sea park is a nice aquarium. It's starting to show it's age & look a bit dated compared to some modern aquariums, but it still does most things well. There is a good diversity of fish on display & the penguins & seals outside are a nice bonus. The display of fish from very deep parts of the ocean... More
