Super views to the city

Absolute treat in this beautiful city. Visited twice and love the place. Just keep eye on the weather, if it is windy they might need to shut the lift.

Walking up Ulriken can be strenuous at times, but its not so far and a beautiful view over Bergen from the top. Was a really nice work out on a otherwise relaxed vacation. I walked the path under the cable car, which ruins some of the view on the way up, but its still nice. There should also be another,... More

We were here today. It was so windy, snowy, slippery. The cable car doesn't work so we walk up to the mountain. It takes us about 1 hour I think. Definitely it's very difficult way for someone who don't hike or don't do any sports. Today wasn't good day for visiting mount Ulriken :-D but the way is good for... More

The view from the top will literally take your breath away. The hike is challenging but worth it. I did the hike in June and it was one of the best I have done. The scenery is truly one of a kind. It will make you fall in love with Norway, beautiful mountain and sea views.

643 meters above a fantastic view of the most pittoresque town in Norway. Bergen is surrounded by 7 mountains. This is the highest. You can take a fable car, or walk up with good shoes if you're sporty. It takles about an hour. A part from the stunning scenery, you can now also discover street art at the top of... More

You can go there so many ways like hiking or taking rope railway. There is a restaurant, you can eat something or drink. It was a sunny day when we went there so it was really good. However I don't think it will be good on a rainy day (+ . +) You can go rope railway station by bus... More

Mount Ulriken was amazing. Originally we wanted to take cable car to the top, but because of the wind it was closed, so we decided to hike up The Ulriken on our own even if we were in sneakers and it was snowy. I really recommend to go when its not so cloudy day. We had amazing weather and really... More
