The trip up the hill on the funicular is fun on it's own, but the view from the top is truly exceptional. The cafe at the top offers a good place to enjoy coffee and a sweet while admiring the view of the city. A must-do when in Bergen.

After riding the funicular to the top of Mount Floyen we took our time walking back down into the city -- taking about an hour. Fun ride on the funicular to the top of Mount Floyen. I wasn't going to do until one of the locals encouraged as a must-do and she was right! Definitely worth going.
