I remember this charming place from studying in Bergen 15 years ago, and to my surprise it was still there when we came down from Fløien! Really nice coffe and bread of the day (2 slices of bread with brie or white cheese and chutney or pesto) for 80 Nok, not bad!

Located just behind the fløien funicular station downtown, a little coffee shop "DLK" also serving other warm and cold drinks and delights (try the refreshing yoghurt with muesli, some of the cakes or brie on special bread). The place is very small and inversely charming. Lately taken by new owners who kept the spirit but improved the service and friendliness.... More

If you find yourself in Bergen on a Sunday, you'll first be drawn towards the immensely pretty waterfront. From this pleasant vantage point you look around, the harbour, lined with people in boats, which mere mortals can look wistfully at the well healed skippers manning their floating private bars. You'll see the Bryggen in all it's quaintness, then you'll see... More

If you are looking for an original place to visit while in Bergen, you need to go here! The place is hidden behind/on the side of Fløybanen, and only a small sign on the wall shows the way. I had a lovely cup of coffee here. You can also buy one of the delicious-looking cakes and have a quiet sit-down.... More

My favourite place to grab a warm cup of coffee and a delicious slice of freshly made cake on a chilly Bergen's day. My girlfriend and I visited this little cafe during our time in Bergen, and we could not stop at just one visit. The coffees, teas, hot chocolates, or whatever you fancy are fantastic - but the icing... More

Quiet quaint coffee and cake destination. The cake is fresh and has flavour, the coffee aroma greets you as you walk up the steps; sure sign of great tasting coffee. Service very personable and with a smile regardless of being a busy barista. Been twice in two days and planning another visit before we taxi to airport tomorrow. Thoroughly recommend!

Love this place! It's right next to Floien, but still feels off the beaten tourist path. Lovely cakes and sweets, and gold coffee and tea. Gold place to bring a book and relax.

Really nice coffee and such a friendly and cosy place to sit. It's nice to visit somewhere in the middle of a city, in the height of tourist season, where you don't feel you are being rushed out to make way for more customers. I would have been happy to sit here for hours! Lots of different coffees to choose... More

Went there for a couple of times. Nice place to relax with a good cup of coffee or take one to go. Right behind "Fløibanen". For those who know Riccos in Denmark, it is very similar.
