The word that this sculpture park brings to mind is 'excess', it is certainly a spectacle. While the 'angry baby' seems to be fairly famous, check out his happy little girl counterpart on the other side of the bridge.

Amazing set of statues - you can walk around for hours. I love the money and effort that is spent in this part of the world to maintain public parks and Art/Culture exhibitions

This park is worth a visit. It is a lovely place to spent a couple of hours walking around looking at all the Sculptures by one of Norways big artists. Do not miss "Monolitten" and the sculptures around it.

Go late at night as well, the atmosphere is different, everything looks different, and you'll be more or less alone. The park is always open at all times.

Living in Oslo we have visited this park numerous times - mostly in the summer time - with the flowers and green grass for relaxing. Still we can look at some of the sculptures from another view - admiring "the wheel of life" and we always have to pass "Sinnataggen" (angry little boy)

A park with amazing sculptures that will take your breath away! Have a picnic on the lawn, barbeque, rolleblade, or simply have a stroll and take in the beautiful artistic scenery.

The largest one "Monilitten" raises in the midle of the park - impressing sice and detailes. The park is also a nice recreation area with a restaurant and a great picnic area.
