The Museum is housed in a building inside the walls of Akershus Castle, near the memorial where Norwegian patriots were executed during WW2. I wanted to visit it as I naively thought it would be about a brave band of freedom fighters during WW2. How wrong can you be! It is a well planned and presented museum about how the... more

This is wonderful, inspiring and sad. And a good learning experience. People of today have no idea of the dangerous work that the Norwegians did to save the Jews from the Nazis. A must see. more
