Great coffee, hip place

Walked here from the center of town and it was a bit out of the way, but really good coffee and great mid century modern decor.

We went to Fuglen twice whilst visiting Oslo for a couple of days. It is a great place to sit and relax with a coffee but would also be nice in the evening for a cocktail. The truly retro 60s style interior is charming and the Jazz style music to match made for the perfect ambience of a cafe/bar for... More

Fuglen is two things, a coctailbar in the evening and a coffee bar at daytime. Personally i prefer to go here for a cup off coffee during the week. Excellent quality coffe, superb staff and beautiful interior. What most people will think of a retro bar is just a fantastic preserved bar from the 60s. This is one of the... More

If you are looking for a nice, ambient place to relax, then Fuglen definitely worth visiting. The coffee is truly great and varied, but what I found was even better is the creativity and originality of the bar. They have truly special drinks that are absolutely delicious. Please do yourself a favor if you love coffee, a nice location and... More

We started our get-to-know-your-city afternoon in Fuglen, because it is the closest to our offices. Fuglen is one of his favourites, so I was the new comer. It is a nice, retro-themed coffee bar and apparently quiet a popular one. We were there around 6pm and there were no seats inside, but we were outside-sitter anyways so no problem. We... More

Really enjoyed the coffee, which they take seriously. The building exterior is unassuming however inside the retro fit-out is super and the ambiance quite and relaxed (daytime at least). Good Wi-Fi and friendly service. Don't stick around the counter, walk properly inside to sit down and appreciate the decor

I came into Fuglen looking for a place to relax during my exploration of Oslo and I loved it! Best Aeropress and Kalita coffees I've ever tried were served to me here. Good music played each time I went there. They have lovely interior and also serve amazing locally produced apple juice - can't recommend it enough.

A nice place to stop for a cup of coffie. Very nice staff, laid-back atmosphere and retro furniture. They have wifi and its a good place to get some work done or just read a book.

One of Oslo's best and busiest cafes. They brew the best beans from all over Europe. The pastries are delicious and pairs perfectly with the coffee. Was not able to try the cocktails but hope to do so someday.

When I lived in town this was my go to spot for that quality caffeine! If you are picky about your espresso-this is your place, and they won't let you down! Fantastic seating area, where all the awesome retro interior are for sale! How cool isn't that! Friendly knowledgable staff! Swing by, even if it's out of your way! :)
