My friends and I went on this tour on a really nice sunny day. It was a great way to spend the afternoon as the water was perfect. Although we did learn some interesting facts about the monuments, buildings, and islands around Oslo we felt that there could have been more information given as a lot of time was spent... More

We were at the Ticket Office at 4 pm. There we were told come back at 5pm. At the hotel we tried to by online but only a Form came in Norwegian. Next i wrote 4 emails to 2 addresses. No response. At the Clarion hotel Desk the Manager couldn't help although she telephoned and tried to fill out this... More

We took the 2 hour tour. Our guide was entertaining and informative and we got to see the castle, beach houses and islands.

we booked the "A summer evening on the Oslo fjord" mini cruise and it was one the most memorable things we did while visiting. The ship was a wooden sail boat which added great character and charm to the trip. The staff was exceptional, the catered to all our needs, brought food, cleared tables, brought blankets when we asked for... More

We had the mini cruise hop on and hop off. We got this trip for free as we bought 72h Oslo Pass. At the first stop, they filled up 65 people and the boat only takes 65 people. So when we are arrived at the second stop, nobody got down so no one from the second stop could get in.... More

Although a bit expensive it is a good way of seing Oslo from the water and having a general sense of the islands. Be prepared for cold and try to sit on the left side of the boat.

Paid 260kr for a trip around the Fjord Set off at 1030 in -6 and was offered a cushion for comfort and a blanket for warmth which I thought was a nice touch. Tour was in English and the guide seemed very knowledgeable, almost answering questions as you thought them. Outside area of boat is a little small with customers... More

Thanks for a great review. We try our best to make the tours as pleasant as we know how to. The price is high and cost is equally high. Its the lowest we can manage. More

Now that I'm back to Dublin, I'm spending a bit of time on TripAdvisor to review what I enjoyed in Oslo a couple of days ago. As I really loved the attraction I'm about to review, I thought (I'm curious) that I could read other reviews... many are so negative! I must say that I'm very surprised! By reading reviews... More

Where to start??? We paid our cash for the 2 hour fjord cruise, got on, sailed out past the opera house, then the engine stopped. Then it started. Then it stopped. The captain tried a few more times, nothing. The boat drifted backwards! It took a good half an hour and numerous more engine tries for anything to happen, then... More

First of all - let us thank you for taking time to write a review on the matter. This was an unfortunate episode. The engine stopped due to a mechanical problem. The person that came to rescue was our mechanic on duty, and since there was no distress coastguard was not alarmed. This is not up to the captain but... More

We took the two hour mini cruise of the waterways around Oslo expecting to see the Norwegian fjords. We saw lots of water but nothing very scenic as expected. The crew members were very unfriendly and the narration was taped and very lame. The "captain" allowed one guest to sit in the area where the controls were located. When this... More
